することができず、一般には2枚の鋼板を溶接にて接合
したものを使用する手段が講じられているが、溶接接合
して枠形1枚板を形成するといっても、大型プレスのフ
レームとするためには巾の広い鋼板が必要であり、しか
も、溶接部の許容応力は他の部分の許容応力よりも低く
、それだけフレームを大型化しなければならず、非常に
高価なものとなる。
