Detailed Description
As can be seen in fig. 1, the turntable 1 is mounted on the lower beam assembly 7 by means of a seat hole 14, wherein the seat hole 14 passes through the main upright 2 and is driven by a turntable drive. In addition to the thrust bearing at the seat hole 14 providing support for the turntable 1, the main cotton pressing box seat 12 and the pre-pressing box seat 15 shown in fig. 2 are both in an overhanging state, and the overhanging state is easy to generate deflection deformation. When the cotton box is filled with cotton, the prepressing assembly 6 or the main pressing assembly 5 is pressed downwards, the rotating disc 1 generates larger deformation and possibly interferes with the lower cross beam assembly 7.
The turntable shown in fig. 2 is a turntable structure with reinforced main frames 13, and it can be seen that the turntable 1 of the baler is a substantially long rectangular structure, the long sides of which are the aforementioned main frames 13, and the main pressing cotton box bases 12 and 15 are provided at both sides of the base hole 14 in the direction of the long sides, so that the main frames 13 belong to the main supporting structure of the turntable 1.
The main frame 13 is generally a square tube, but a rectangular tube of relatively low aspect ratio, typically no greater than 4, may be used, as illustrated in fig. 5, since the inner square tube 16 is of similar construction to the outer tube of the main frame 13, it being understood that when a rectangular tube is used, the inner tube that reinforces it will be an inner rectangular tube that is similar in geometry to it.
As can be seen from fig. 6, 6 holes are respectively formed on the upper panel and the lower panel of the main frame 13 for welding the main frame 13 and the inner square tube 16 shown in the figure, and since such welding method is plug welding, the holes formed on the main frame 13 are plug welding holes 11. It is understood that the deformation of the main frame 13 is inevitably restricted by, for example, the inner tube 16, and thus the bending resistance of the reinforced main frame 13 is greatly improved.
The directions of the plug weld holes 11 are parallel to the direction of the main frame 13 in fig. 2.
The number of plug weld holes 11 is required to meet the required strength of the connection.
The diameter of the plug welding hole 11 is not less than 20mm and not more than 30mm.
Before the turntable 1 is assembled, the main frame 13 is assembled, and the rectangular holes (including the square holes) of the main frame 13 are provided with inner rectangular tubes which are similar in geometrical structure, i.e. the length-width ratio of the cross section is equal. It will be appreciated that the inner rectangular tubes do not require strict geometric similarity to the major rims 13, but rather need to be fitted into the major rims 13 with less difficulty, provided sufficient support is provided for the major rims 13.
After the main frame 13 of the inner rectangular pipe is assembled in place, the inner rectangular pipe is subjected to plug welding through the reserved plug welding holes 11 to form plug welding seams to realize fixed connection of the main frame 13 of the inner square pipe 16, the plug welding seams provide basic connection of the inner square pipe 16 and the main frame 13, the basic connection is similar to deformation of bimetallic strips, deformation amounts of inner and outer layers of metal strips are inconsistent, relatively reliable connection is needed between two layers of metal, and deformation of the upper layer, namely the main frame 13, is restrained.
The plug welds are small and the amount of holes formed is not excessive, and the holes may cause a small amount of deformation of the main frame 13 substrate, which may affect the installation of, for example, the inner square tube 16, and the number of plug welds should be reduced, which contradicts the required connection strength. Under the basic connection condition, the required increase in bending resistance is achieved by, for example, contact of the inner square tube 16 with the main frame 13.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, for example, after the inner square tube 16 is nested in the main frame 13, both ends of the inner square tube are retracted into the main frame for a given distance to provide a space for the fillet weld 17, and since only the welding space required by the fillet weld 17 is provided, the given distance is not too large, and the welding operation is affected when the given distance is too large.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5, four fillet welds 17 may be provided on four sides of the rectangular pipe, the fillet welds 17 are relatively long, the connection strength provided is also relatively high, and the position of the fillet welds 17 is different from that of the patent document given in the background art, and only exists at the end of the main frame 13, so that the welding process is difficult. And does not significantly deform the main body of the main bezel 13.
The main frame 13 is not a precision part, the surface flatness requirement is not high, the surface flatness of the inner pipe is lower than that of the outer surface, especially the main frame 13 is formed by welding four panels, or a square pipe section steel can be directly adopted, preferably the latter. The surface treatment of the inner bore of the main rim 13 is not good, especially at the weld. Therefore, in order to reduce interference when the inner square pipe 16 is installed into the main frame 13, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the inner square pipe 16 is a rounded inner square pipe, and interference during the assembly process is reduced as much as possible.
Further, in order to reduce interference during assembly, a fit clearance needs to be reserved between the main frame 13 and the inner square pipe 16, the main frame 13 belongs to a long and thin pipe after all, and even if the fit clearance is reserved, certain assembly difficulty still exists, so that the fit clearance should not be smaller than 0.8mm.
In addition, the assembly gap is not preferably larger than 1.2mm because the overall rigidity is affected when the assembly gap is too large.
The assembly gap as a whole is preferably 1.0mm.
As mentioned above, the number of plug welding holes 11 should not be too large, and relatively few plug welding holes should be fully utilized, so that a relatively reliable assembly between the main frame 13 and, for example, the inner square tube 16 is still provided under the condition of fewer plug welding holes, and therefore, a reasonable layout of the plug welding holes 11 is required. In a preferred embodiment, the plug welding holes 11 located on the same board body are divided into two groups, one group is correspondingly located on the pre-pressing assembly side of the main frame 13, and the other group is correspondingly located on the main pressing assembly side of the main frame 13, so that the parts of the main frame 13 farther away from the seat hole 14 are more strongly pulled in the direction of the main frame 13 due to the deformation of the main frame 13, and the parts relatively far away from the seat hole 14 need to be reinforced more.
Similarly, the fillet weld between the main frame 13 and the end of the inner square pipe 16, for example, is also based on the above consideration, and the assembly structure between the main frame 13 and the inner square pipe 16 is more reliable.
Further, the distance between the adjacent plug welding holes 11 on the same plate body is 400mm, and the distance between the plug welding hole 11 on the end side of the main frame 13 and the end surface of the main frame 13 is not less than 100mm and not more than 300mm.
Briefly describing the manufacturing process of the reinforcing structure of the turntable of the baler, a plurality of plug welding holes 11 are firstly formed in a given plate body of the main frame 13, and the number and distribution of the plug welding holes 11 are described in detail in the foregoing description of the reinforcing structure of the turntable of the baler.
Furthermore, before the rotary table of the packing machine is assembled, for example, an inner square pipe 16 or an inner rectangular pipe which is adapted to the main frame 13 is pressed into the main frame 13, and after the main frame is adjusted to the proper position, a plug welding line for connecting the main frame 13 and the inner square pipe 16 or the inner rectangular pipe is formed by using the plug welding hole 11.
As described above, in order to reduce the assembly interference caused by the machining accuracy, a fitting gap is left between the main frame 13 and the inner square tube 16 or the inner rectangular tube, and before the inner square tube 16 or the inner rectangular tube is pressed into the main frame 13, the main frame 13 is heated to expand the inner hole of the main frame 13, so that the fitting gap is enlarged, the assembly interference is reduced, the clamping stagnation during assembly is reduced or eliminated, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
Further, the length of the inner square tube 16 or the inner rectangular tube is smaller than the length of the main frame 13, so that a predetermined distance is left between both ends of the main frame 13 after the inner square tube 16 or the inner rectangular tube is pressed into the main frame 13, and after the plug welding of the plug welding hole 11 is performed, the fillet welding is performed between the end surface of the inner square tube 16 or the inner rectangular tube and the inner surface of the main frame 13 to form a fillet weld 17.
