Conventionally, lead wires (hereinafter referred to as workpieces) as mentioned above were used.
The work of aligning the parts to the jigs was done manually using two types of jigs, A and B. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the A jig 20, 21 is a surface thereof, 18 is a large number of holes provided on the surface 21, into which workpieces are inserted one by one, and 19 is a guide when combining with the B jig. It is a board. FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the B jig 14, where IT is a surface thereof, and 16 is a partition wall that divides the picture 1T into a number of small chambers in the shape of a harmonica. As shown in FIG. 4B, a large number of workpieces 15 are pushed into each small chamber in advance. Note that 15A is a connection header. For the work, first, the surface of the A jig 20 is placed upside down on top of the image 1T of the B jig 14, and then assembled vertically, and after this is turned over, it is manually moved back and forth in various directions for a certain amount of time. Give me some exerciseB
One workpiece was aligned and set in each hole 18 of jig A from the jig. In this alignment and setting work, not only does manual fatigue increase over time and work performance declines, but there are also large individual differences in swing time, number of swings, swing direction, etc., and it requires skill. Therefore, there were drawbacks such as an unstable work alignment set insertion rate. The object of the present invention is to semi-automate the manual alignment and setting work, which has the above-mentioned drawbacks, using a relatively simple mechanism, and to improve work efficiency by equalizing the swinging time, number of swings, swinging direction, etc.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a circular rocking table in which a combined jig that is a combination of jig A and jig B can be set, and provides reciprocating and rotational motion to this rocking table. This is what I did.

This combination jig is set on the rocking table 3 with the A jig 20 on the lower side and the B jig 14 on the upper side as shown in FIG. The set combining jig is fixed to the rocking table 3 by the jig guide 2, the jig presser 6, and the leaf spring 12. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in this example, the rocking table 3 is provided with four combining jig set portions as shown in FIG. 5 on the circumference.

When the joining jigs are set at each of the four locations on the circumference of the rocking table 3, all four switches 5 connected in series are closed, and the rocking motor 11 and the quarter rotation motor are connected. 22 is energized. At this time, from the standpoint of safety, it is desirable to use a timer rather than switch 5 to delay the start of both motors to some extent. As clearly shown in FIGS. 2 and 6, the swing motor 11 is fixed to a mounting plate 34, and the shaft support 9 is fixed to the swing table 3. By attaching the shaft 4 to the ball bush 8 and shaft support 9 fitted into the support 7 fixed to the mounting plate 34, the mounting plate 34 and the swing table 3 are integrated. When the swinging motor 11 is rotated in the direction of arrow 31, it rotates through the crank 13 and the lever 26 as shown in the arrows 32 and 33.
A reciprocating linear motion in the direction is given to the rocking table 3. Rocking table 3
Also, as shown in FIG. 6, it is mounted at a moderate inclination with respect to the workbench 1. In FIG. 6, 23 is a % rotation detection force fixed to the shaft 25, and 24 is a cam 2.
3 is a detection switch engaged, 26 is a lever, 27 is a bearing, 28 is a cover, and 29 and 30 are pulleys. 4th B
In the case of a workpiece having a cylindrical electrode (header) as shown in the figure, the appropriate inclination of the rocking table 3 was about 3 to 4 degrees. The larger the pitch of the partition wall 16, the larger the inclination angle is desirable. For the rotational movement, the swing table 3 is rotated in the direction of the arrow 10 by the quarter rotation motor 22 via the lift shaft 25. When the quarter rotation is completed, the detection cam 23 and the detection switch 24 stop the swing motor 11 and the quarter rotation motor 22.

During this time, due to the above-mentioned movements, the rocking table 3 performs small vibratory movements while changing the direction of movement, and as shown in FIG. 20 to the alignment hole 18 to complete the alignment set. The assembly jig that completes the alignment set is the plate spring 1 from the rocking table 3.
It can be easily removed by pressing down on 2.

The combining jig is disassembled, and the A jig 20 is checked to see if the workpieces 15 are aligned and set in all the alignment holes, and then moved to the next process. In the case of this example, since the inclination of the rocking table 3, the movement time, etc. are suitably selected, the workpieces 15 are almost perfectly aligned and set in the alignment hole 18 of the A jig 20. The B jig 14 has a workpiece 1 that can be aligned and set several times in the A jig 20.
5 has been pushed in, the previously used jig B is used again as is. According to the present invention, compared to manual alignment and setting work, work efficiency does not deteriorate over time.

また整列セツトミスが大幅に減少する等の効果がある。
なお、以上において揺動台3に取付ける合体治具の数、

Further, there are effects such as a significant reduction in alignment set errors.
In addition, in the above, the number of combining jigs to be attached to the rocking table 3,
It goes without saying that the rotation angle of the rocking table 3 for each task can be arbitrarily selected.
