本発明は、単板への接着テープ、熱可塑性接着剤を付着

3), but in this device, when bonding a sheet-like material to the surface of a substrate such as plywood using a pair of upper and lower pressure rollers, the rotation speed of the upper pressure roller is set to be slightly slower than that of the lower pressure roller. This device is configured to compress a sheet-like object while pulling it backward, thereby preventing the occurrence of wrinkles and the like.

In this way, the tape 2 is brought into contact with the surface of the advancing veneer 3 by induction pressure and adhered thereto.

着面積がせまく接着力は弱いのである。That is, the tape 2 is pulled on the veneer 3 and is adhered to the veneer 3 under tension, and the veneer after adhesion is attached to the second veneer.
As shown in the figure, it becomes an arc shape. When such veneers are cut to a certain length and stacked, it is difficult to stack them in an orderly manner, and the number of veneers stacked is smaller than when flat veneers are stacked. In addition, the adhesion of the adhesive material under tension is poor; for example, if a thread 6 coated with molten hot melt is used instead of tape, the glued thread will form a round shape as shown in Figure 3. Therefore, the adhesive area is small and the adhesive force is weak.
本発明は前記問題を解決したもので以下実施例により詳
述する。The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples.

A tapered roll 5 having a rotating shaft in substantially the same direction as the roll 4 is rotatably provided on the top, and as shown in FIG. The circumferential surface of the tapered roll 5 on the roll 4 side is arranged to be slightly inclined with respect to the circumferential surface of the roll 4 so as to be closer to the roll 4 than the circumferential surface.

本発明は、例えば前記のように備えるもので、その作用
は次のようになる。Further, the thread 6 to which the molten hot melt is adhered is made to stand by at an arbitrary location on the larger diameter side of the tapered roll 5, and the distance 11 between the tapered roll 5 and the roll 4 is set at the part where the thread 6 is waiting.
is set to approximately the same value as the thickness of the veneer to be bonded.
The present invention is provided, for example, as described above, and its effects are as follows.

The peripheral speed of the tapered roll 5 on the smaller side is the same as the veneer 7
Therefore, the circumferential speed of the tapered roll 5 at the part where the thread 6 is kept on standby is naturally higher than the advancing speed of the veneer 7, and the thread 6 has a length longer than the passing length of the veneer. It is supplied and bonded to the surface of the veneer 7 without receiving any tension from the veneer 7. Therefore, the bonded threads 6 are spread out as shown in Figure 6, and the bonding area is wide and the bonding force is strong, and the veneer after bonding is not arcuate but flat. When cutting and stacking veneers after bonding to a certain length, it is possible to stack them in an orderly manner, and it is possible to stack more veneers than if they were arranged in an arc shape, and the number of times the stacked veneers can be taken out is reduced. This also reduces the amount of lost time.

する必要もなく単板の取り扱いが簡単になるのである。In other words, since it is necessary to insert the veneer into the application rolls with almost no gap between the soil application rolls, there is no need to press the veneer while inserting it, and there is no need to bite the veneer diagonally. This makes handling easier.
