を持たせるため、ブツシユ5の内側のコード4に結び目
41を構成して張力止めを行うことが多い。もちろんブ
ツシユ5の材質やコード4の保持力によつては結び目4
1が不要な場合もある。しかしながらこのような構造に
おける組立作業は、コード4にブツシユ5を挿着した後
コード4の一端を本体1の外側からコード引出し孔に挿
通し、ブツシユ5をコード引出し孔に嵌合装着し、必要
によりコード4に結び目41を形成した後スイツチ2の
電気接続部21に接続する。一方、スイツチ2はコード
4の接続を行う前後いずれかで本体1にねじなどで固定
する。このような組立作業においては本体1の内側と外
側の両面からの作業を必要とするため、作業中に本体1
の反転が必要で作業能率がよくないという問題がある。
とくに、ブツシユ5のコード引出し孔に対する嵌合装着
作業は、ブツシユ5のコード4の保持力が大きくなると
装着作業は逆に難しくなるという問題がある。なお、こ
の種のブツシユ5は外周にコード引出し孔の縁に嵌合す
る溝を設けたものが一般的であるから、元来この嵌合作
業は極めて面倒な作業であり非能率であつた。本発明は
このような事情に鑑み、電線張力止め用ブツシユを電気
器具本体の壁面に設けたソケツト引出し孔に簡単に装着

な一方向からの作業が可能という利点は、作業を自動化
しようとする場合において特に効果的で組立作業の合理
化という点で極めて有効である。第4図に示すブツシユ
9は、バツクボーン6に設けたソケツト引出し孔62に
嵌合する突出部91を形成したもので、この突出部91
の側面にテーパーを設けておくことにより、突出部91
をソケツト引出し孔62に押込むことによつて突出部9
1内を通るコードを挟持する力が強化される効果がある
。以上説明した実施例においてはブツシユ86をコード
84に一体に融着成形したが、これは必ずしも一体成形
しなくともコード84にあらかじめ保持させておけばよ

るものにおいて、前記スイッチにはバツクボーンへの取
付脚とブッシュ押え部、反射板への当接部を形成し、前
記ソケット引出し孔より大なる寸法のブッシュを予かじ
めコードに保持させ、該ブッシュが前記ソケット引出し
孔を塞ぐように配置し、そのブッシュにスイッチのブッ
シュ押え部を当接させ、バックボーンとスイッチでブッ
シュを挾持するようにスイッチを配置し、バックボーン
に反射板を固定することによつて前記スイッチの当接部
を反射板裏面で押圧し、ブッシュが引出し孔を塞ぐと同
時にブッシュをスイッチとバックボーンとの間で挾持固
定することを特徴とする照明器具における電線張力止め
用ブッシュの固定方法。 2 前記スイッチをバックボーンに配置するに当り、ス
イッチに設けた取付脚をバックボーンに設けた取付孔と
嵌合させ、位置決めと同時に反射板による当接部押圧に
先立つ仮止めを行うことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
