종래에는 발광다이오드램프를 착설토록함에 있어 전면커버에 끼움공을 뚫고 배면에서 접착제등을 바른 발광다이오드 램프를 끼워서 접착 고정되게 하거나 또는 별도로 인쇄회로기판을 제작하여 부착시키고 있으나, 전자의 경우 접착제를 적게 사용하면 접착불량으로 발광다이오드 램프가 빠져나오게되며, 반대로 많이 사용하면 접착제가 전면으로 새어나와 미관상 좋지 못하게 되는 결점이 있었고, 후자의 경우에는 그 고정작업이 번거롭고 정확한 위치예 고정시키는 것이 어려운 결점이 있고 고정상태가 불량하면 기기내부로 밀려들어가게되는 폐단이 있었으며, 또 별도의 브라켓트를 사용하여 고정시킬 경우에는 구조가 복잡하게되며 작업성이 저하되는 등의 문제점들이 있었다.Conventionally, in the installation of the light emitting diode lamp, a light emitting diode lamp with a hole in the front cover and an adhesive applied at the back is inserted to be fixed and bonded or a printed circuit board is manufactured and attached separately.
