読取り若しくはＩＣチップへの情報の書込みを行なう装
置において、前記ＩＣカードの走行中に前記ＩＣチップ
の端子部を清掃するクリーナと、−内部に導電性液体が
装填され且つ支持部材に支持されてノズルを備えた可撓
性チューブ材より成る読取ヘッドと、前記可撓性チュー
ブ材を外部から接触加圧して、装填された導電性液体を
前記ＩＣチップの端子部へ点滴接触させる加圧部材とを
有する事を特徴とするＩＣカードの読取、書込装置。 （２）前記導電性液体は水銀である事を特徴とする実用
