[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a diaper and a bedsore prevention mat having functions such as preventing bedsores.

For patients who have been bedridden for long periods of time, the occurrence of bed sores is extremely painful and has a large impact on the underlying disease.

Bed sores of this type are caused by skin necrosis, as weight is placed on a certain area of the skin for a long period of time, resulting in peripheral circulation failure in the skin, and in addition, air permeability is also inhibited.

The areas where bedsores tend to heal are the lumbosacral area, shoulder joints, nape of the neck, lumber, and heel areas, but the lumbosacral area in particular bears a large amount of weight, and is also highly breathable due to the humidity caused by the flooring. It also tends to be accompanied by bacterial growth and infection.

Therefore, conventionally, in areas where bed sores tend to occur, a multilayer absorbent mat or a combination of this and a waterproof sheet is placed between this and bedding to prevent the skin from becoming moist due to sweating and nuisance. With such water-absorbent mats, etc., the entire surface of the skin in contact with the bedding is compressed by the body weight, and there is also a limit to its ability to absorb water from sweat, flooring, etc., and if it is not replaced frequently, it will reduce breathability and cause bed sores to heal. It was also the cause of this.

The present invention aims to solve the drawbacks of such conventional measures, and in a water-absorbent mat made of multiple layers of water-absorbent sheets, a waterproof cushion mat with multiple independent air bulges is added to the water-absorbent sheet. This is a bed sore prevention mat that is sandwiched between layers.

The lower sheet 9 is similar, but when used as a diaper by applying it to the lumbosacral region, moisture due to large amounts of water such as urine becomes a problem, so instead of the above materials, waterproof polyethylene film, vinyl film, etc. In some cases, synthetic materials are used.

In the case of Figure 3, the cushion pine door is single (one piece).
The air bulging part 6 is inserted into the body so that it is oriented toward the human body, but this example is used in the nape, lumber, and heel parts shown in Figure 1. It is used as a bed sore mat in areas where there is little moisture generation, such as diapers in the lumbosacral area where a lot of moisture is generated due to being placed on the bed.
As shown in Figure 3, the sheets 7 are folded in half (double) so that the air bulges 6 are on the outside.

According to the present invention, since the water-absorbing cushion pine door is sandwiched between the layers of the water-absorbing mat so that the air bulges 6 are oriented toward the human body, the weight of the human body is first reduced. As a result of being supported in a scattered manner (in a non-surface contact manner) by the air bulges 6, it is difficult to cause poor circulation of the skin.
Furthermore, the air bulging portion 6 corresponds to the body weight through its elastic deformation, so not only does it provide a soft contact feeling, but the area of pressure against the skin moves each time the body moves slightly. Therefore, it is much more comfortable than the conventional fixed contact type.

and the valley 1 between the air bulges 6 of the cushion pine door.
The air remaining inside the pine door maintains appropriate breathability even when supporting body weight, which reduces sweating and dampening of the contact area due to moisture in the air.
The air 10 inside also provides moisture retention.

And since the pine door itself is waterproof, even if the underside of the cushion pine door gets wet (for example, the floor gets wet)
This prevents moisture from migrating to the upper side of the pine door, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of conventional mats and providing an excellent effect without causing bed sores.

In the case of the diaper shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the lumbosacral region rests on the hilly part 12 on the cushion pine door, and this hilly part 12 is closer to the cushion pine than the other hem part 13. Since the height is equal to the thickness of the door, moisture such as human waste flows from the hill portion 12 to the hem portion 13 and is then absorbed by the intermediate mat 8. However, due to the waterproofness of the cushion pine door, this moisture can be absorbed by the human body. It is prevented from spreading to the other side.

In addition, since the lower sheet 9 is made of waterproof material,
This moisture does not migrate onto the floor, and the cushion pine door in this example is double layered and the air bulge 6
... are oriented upward and downward, respectively, so that the above-mentioned elastic healing effect and ventilation effect are further enhanced, and the gap between the air bulges arranged in the downward direction is maintained even when a load is applied. Therefore, the water retention capacity is higher than conventional ones (conventional ones have a narrow space retention capacity due to plane compression).
These maintain an extremely comfortable feeling and cleanliness in the lumbosacral region, thereby preventing the occurrence of decubitus sores.

As mentioned above, this invention not only brings the supreme good news that conventional products do not have, such as preventing bed sores to bedridden patients, but also
It is also possible to give attendants the benefit of freeing them from the burden of having to constantly change the position of the sick person.
