In an immersion type water quality measuring device, a part of the sensor comes into direct contact with the test liquid, so substances in the test liquid tend to adhere to the sensor, and if the adhered substances cover part of the sensor surface, normal measurements may not be possible. Therefore, it is necessary to keep a part of the sensor clean by cleaning it from time to time.

The cleaning device for this part of the sensor is jet cleaning, which removes deposits by spraying cleaning water (water or chemical solution), high-pressure air, or a mixture of both onto the sensor part from a jet nozzle attached to the sensor part. method device;
There is a known brush cleaning device that removes deposits using a movable brush that slides on a part of the sensor, but each has its advantages and disadvantages, and depending on the composition and properties of the sample liquid.
It is not possible to have a sufficient cleaning effect.

In other words, the jet cleaning method is relatively effective in peeling off and removing chemical substances such as gypsum and hydroxide coated on the surface of a part of the sensor, but it is not effective in removing fibrous deposits such as algae. , it becomes entangled with a part of the sensor and cannot be removed sufficiently.

Further, when removing a coating of a chemical substance, the coating layer is peeled off centering on the location where the jet fluid collides, so that a portion of the coating layer may remain on the opposite side of the collision location.

On the other hand, the brush cleaning method can reliably remove fibrous deposits such as algae, but if the deposit is a coating layer made of chemical substances as mentioned above, the coating layer is peeled off by the sliding of the brush. That is difficult.

In addition, the brush can reliably scrape off algae that has adhered to a part of the sensor, but much of the algae that has separated from the sensor gets entangled with the brush and accumulates, so the brush must be maintained frequently. There are drawbacks such as not being able to do so.

Therefore, the present invention cleverly combines the jet cleaning method and the brush cleaning method to perform both the jet cleaning action and the brush cleaning action on the same part of the sensor, thereby improving the composition and properties of the sample liquid. A high cleaning effect can be obtained regardless of the type of deposits, and frequent maintenance is not required.

An embodiment of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. Fig. 1 shows a cleaning device for an immersion type water quality meter according to the present invention, and shows a pH
A sensor part 1 that electrochemically detects the sensor part 1, a converter 2 that converts the detection signal of the sensor part 1 into an instruction signal, and an immersion device that keeps the sensor part 1 immersed in the test liquid. In the immersion type water quality measuring device A, which is removed from the holder 3, a movable brush 4 that can move up and down slides on the bottom surface of the sensor part 1 and cleans the bottom surface, and a movable brush 4 that is movable up and down to clean the bottom surface of the sensor part 1; A ring-shaped movable brush 5 that can move up and down to clean the outer surface by sliding contact is provided, and between the two movable brushes 4 and 5, high-pressure cleaning water (water or chemical solution) or high-pressure air is applied to the sensor part 1. Alternatively, a cleaning device is constructed by providing a vertically movable jet cleaning nozzle 6 that sprays the mixture.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the movable brushes 4 and 5 and the jet cleaning nozzle 6 are attached to the lower end of the lifting rod 11, which is slidably inserted and supported in the axial direction of the cylinder shaft 9. A compression spring 12 for biasing the lifting rod 11 upward is provided in the cylinder shaft 9, and a compression spring 12 for urging the lifting rod 11 upward is provided in the drive box 8.
An eccentric cam 13 for pressing the upper end and a small motor M for rotationally driving the cam 13 are provided, and the movable brush 4.5 and the jet are operated by operating the motor M regularly or irregularly according to a certain sequence. Cleaning is performed by driving the cleaning nozzle 6 vertically along the sensor 1.

As described above, in the present invention, a jet cleaning nozzle 6 for spraying a jet fluid onto the sensor part 1 is provided at the lower end of the lifting rod 11 that can freely reciprocate in the vertical direction along the sensor part 1, and a jet cleaning nozzle 6 for spraying jet fluid onto the sensor part 1 is provided. The movable brush 5 that slides on the outer surface of the sensor part 1 and the movable brush 4 that slides on the bottom surface of the sensor part 1 are fixed.
, 5 and the jet cleaning nozzle 6 move up and down while their relative positions remain the same. Therefore, the cleaning action by the sliding contact of the movable brush 4 or 5 and the cleaning action of the jet cleaning nozzle 6 on the same part of the sensor part 1 are performed. It is possible to perform both the cleaning action by spraying the jet fluid.

That is, cleaning is performed by slidingly contacting the same part of the sensor part 1 with the movable brush 4 or 5 and then spraying the jet fluid, or by spraying the jet fluid and then slidingly contacting the same part with the movable brush 4 or 5. The coating layer of chemical substance adhering to the surface is partially peeled off at the impact point of the jet fluid by spraying the jet fluid, and the entire layer is removed by the sliding effect of the movable brush. The fibrous deposits such as the above are reliably removed from a part of the sensor by the sliding contact of the movable brush, and the fibrous deposits transferred to the movable brush are removed from the movable brush by the jet fluid.

As described above, according to the present invention, due to the synergistic effect of the jet cleaning method and the brush cleaning method, a high cleaning effect can be obtained regardless of the amount of deposits, and the performance of a part of the sensor can be maintained. The movable brush can always be kept in good working condition.
