第１図は自動車のダツシュボードに嵌め込まれる計器板
取付はパッドを製造するためのスキン製品の斜視図であ
り、第２図は従来の金型コーナ一部における成形状態を
示す断面説明図であり、第３図は本考案に従う成形金型
の１例を示す斜視図であり、第４図はその金型のコーナ
一部を部分的に示す平面断面図であり、第５図はそこで
用いられた伝熱部材たるフィンの斜視図である。第６図
は所定の中空製品のコーナ一部分を示す斜視図であり、
第７図は実施例の金型にて成形した場合の製品と、従来
の金型のそれとにおいて、コーナー各部位に対するそれ
ぞれの肉厚の変化を示すグラフである。第８図は伝熱部
材たるフィンの他の形状を示す金型コーナ一部の平面断
面図である。
