    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ケーシング内に形成された燃料溜り室と、該燃料溜り室
    に燃料タンクからの燃料を供給するタンク通路と、燃料
    溜り室からの燃料を噴射ポンプに供給するポンプ通路と
    、燃料溜り室に噴射ポンプの燃料を戻すリターン通路と
    、燃料溜り室に配設されたフィルタエレメントと、を備
    えたディーゼルエンジン用燃料濾過装置において、前記
    タンク通路とリターン通路とを燃料溜り辛子前で合流さ
    せ、この合流部の燃料温度に基づきリターン通路を開閉
    する感温作動弁を設けたことを特徴とするディーゼルエ
    ンジン用燃料濾過装置。
