なく加工物aの研磨加工を平均させて片ペリすることを
防止したのみならず研磨面4aに対する加工物aの接面
積は広く、その重心が低いがら研磨中の振れか゛なく研
磨面のエツジが゛だれることを防止し、又アタッチメン
ト1に連動機構を内蔵させたので研磨機本体における入
力軸は回転円盤4の駆動系統のみであり、従って本体の
構成を簡潔にして小型化し得るので設置条件をよくし、
更に回転円盤4と加工物保持盤5の回転は一軸系統によ
る連動関係のため一方か一体止し、て他方が回転するこ
となく従って一方の回転のみによる研磨の片へり等を防
止し得る等の効果を有する。
