Claims

A plurality of engaging protrusions 16 for connecting a part of the cover and ridges 18 for preventing rotation are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the short cylinder body 3 made of a synthetic resin material with an appropriate number of valley-shaped notches 14 provided at the upper end. A porous stamp material 4 is fitted into the short cylindrical body 3, and the short cylindrical body 3 has an arcuate protrusion 15 corresponding to the valley-shaped notch 14 and an engaging recess 17 corresponding to the engaging protrusion 16 on the inner surface.
