目的とするところは硬質のものは全くなく、外債による
危険を防止し、特に幼児、学童等の使用を主とし、更に
使用中他物に引掛かったりするおそれがなく自然に離脱
する等の欠点のない安全な髪飾りリボンを安く提供する
