The conventional flooring material with decorative wood veneer attached to the base material surface is
As shown in the figures and FIG. 2, decorative wooden veneers 1 cut to a predetermined size are regularly arranged on the surface of a base material 2 without any gaps, and are bonded with an adhesive layer 3.

However, this method has the following drawbacks. (a
) When arranging the veneers, it will be unsightly if there are gaps between them. W) It looks unsightly if there is misalignment at the intersection of the veneers. (c) For this reason, the veneers to be arranged must be precisely cut and the arrangement work requires skill and a lot of effort. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a wood decorative board that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks and has a wide variety of aesthetics. The manufacturing method of the present invention is, for example, as shown in FIG.
A gap is made on the base material 5 coated with an adhesive 6 mainly made of thermosetting resin (urea resin, melamine resin, unsaturated polyester resin, etc.) colored with pigments, dyes, etc. to the desired color. By arranging them and heating and pressing them with a smooth heating plate that has mold releasability, the resin is extruded into the gaps between the veneers 4 and filled into the gaps, and the veneers 4 are fixed to the base material 5. , a decorative board having a smooth surface and having the appearance shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 is obtained.

Therefore, there is no need to inject or fill the gap with resin as a post-processing, and an increase in the number of steps can be prevented. Since the thermosetting adhesive 6 needs to sufficiently fill the gaps between the veneers 4, the amount of adhesive is determined to be appropriate for the thickness of the decorative veneers 4 and the size of the arrangement gap. Further, when the thickness of the veneer 4 is large and the width of the gap is wide, it is also effective to impart foamability to the resin in order to enhance the filling effect. Note that by adjusting the amount of adhesive according to the thickness of the decorative veneer 4 and the arrangement gap, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from spilling out.

しかし接着剤の量のばらつき等によつて単板4の表面に

However, if the adhesive protrudes from the surface of the veneer 4 due to variations in the amount of adhesive, etc., the protruding adhesive can be removed by sanding, which is commonly practiced in this technical field.

The decorative laminate thus obtained can be used even if the veneers are slightly uneven in size.

Therefore, very accurate cutting is no longer necessary in the veneer cutting process, improving work efficiency. Also, when arranging and assembling veneers, the gaps were inaccurate.
Or, even if the veneers are slightly misaligned, it is not noticeable because the veneers are not adjacent to each other, so there is no need for accurate alignment and assembly work. Moreover, it does not impair the aesthetics, and the veneers can be placed without any gaps. You can create a variety of designs that cannot be expressed just by arranging them. In addition, the decorative laminate of this invention has a smooth surface, and the adhesive extruded and filled into the gaps between the veneers does not form a concave shape, so dust accumulates in the concave areas and the decorative laminate becomes untidy. It also has the advantage that there is no damage caused by objects hitting the edge of the veneer and causing it to chip.
