Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バランスビームによって駆動制御された先駆弁と、該先
    駆弁によって位置制御された被制御機構と、該被制御機
    構側から連設された前記バランスビームのバランス機構
    とよりなる気体作動式位置制御装置において、中央部の
    入口ポートと該入口ポートの一方向両側に配設された出
    口ポートとを備えた筒状ボディと、該筒状ボディの両端
    側から挿嵌された前記出口ポートへの連通路を有しかつ
    前記入口ポートへ連通される気室を形成した２組の筒状
    弁座と、該両筒状弁座に摺動自在に挿嵌され前記両速通
    路に対応した弁部を備えた弁棒と、前記両筒状弁座のい
    ずれかの一方と置換される筒・状アダプタとにより構成
    された先駆弁に特徴を有する気体作動式位置制御装置。
