図中、1は送信部、2は探触子、3は受信部、4は第1
のゲート部、5は第2のゲート部、6は表示器、7は第
1の警報器、8は第2の1報器、9は欠陥判定論理回路
部、10は警報器である。
なお図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付して

定可能、な比較レベルと比較しその結果を2値信号とし
て出力する第1のケート部及び第2のゲート部と、上記
2個のゲート部の2値信号出力を受けて4段階の出力信
号を発生する欠陥判定論理回路部と、上記3段階信号を
表示する表示器とを備え、被検香材内部から超音波反射
の強さを上記表示器の出力から3段階で検知できるよう
