検出する機構を有するとともに、前記両温塵の゛一致倍
信号被処理物供給装置への動作信号に変換するためのリ
レ一部とを備え、湯面部分の温度に基づき被処理物のル
ツボへの供給を制御す・ るようにしたことを特徴とす
るマイクロ波加熱炉内湯面検出装置。
