Abstract

PURPOSE:To surely prevent the zig-zag movement by attaching guides made of plastics on the both sides of an endless belt substrate. CONSTITUTION:On both sides of the substrate 3 of an endless belt, guides 4 made of plastics possessing elasticity, e.g. polyester elastomer, polyurethane, or urethane rubber, are formed by attaching with hot-melt type bonding resin. By this constitution, zig-zag movement can be surely prevented.

ぐようにすることは公知である。この場合ガイドの材料
は可撓性、 1Iit摩耗性、耐屈曲性が要求されるの
でポリエステルエラストマー、ポリウレタン。

う欠点があり、後者は粘着性であるため長時間の剪断力
が加わると約20時間でガイドが徐々にずれるという欠
点があった。

(構成) 本発明の構成について、以下一実施例に基づいて説明す
る。■は溶解槽で200℃で溶融されたホットメルト型

100μmのポリエステルフィルムからなる無端ベルト
基材8両側部に塗布する。4はポリエステルエラストマ
ー、ポリウレタン、ウレタンゴム等の弾性を有するプラ
スチックからなる巾40 mm 、厚さ0.5−mのガ
イドで、ロール5,6間を通過させて無端ベルト基材3
両側部に一体に貼着している。このガイド4を内側にし
て環状とし、接合端7を超音波溶着して周長450門の
蛇行防止ガイド付無端ベルト記録体8を成形している。

を確実に防止できる。
