Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain two FRP moldings of the same or deformed shapes concurrently by a method in which SMC materials are placed on the upper molding face of an intermediate force and the upper molding face of a bottom force, the top force and the intermediate force and the intermediate force and the bottom force are each clamped together, and the SMC materials are molded by compression. 夫々型締めし、SMC素材を加圧成形することにより同
時に同形又は異形の2つのFRP成形品を得るようにし
たものである。

成形品を得るようにしたから、1回の作業により1つの
FRP成形品を製造する従来方法と同じ平面スペース内
で同時に同形又は異形の2つのFRP成形品を製造する
ことができ、同一平面上で並列的に二つのFRP成形品
を製造する場合に比し作業スペースを増大させることな
く生産性を・向上させることができる。また、上型と中
間型とを間にSMC索拐を挾んだ状態で一緒に下降させ
ることにより、上型と中間型とを型締めするまでSMG
素材を所定位置に確実に保持しておくことができる。
