本発明は、絞シ加工においてフランジ部ダレを極端に抑

従来、絞シ加工による例は数多くあるが、フランジ部の
ダレが極端に抑制されているものは、まったく知られて
いない。従来の絞シ加工は、絞、り時の割れ等を防止す
るため第一図に示すごとく絞シダイス肩にアールが伺い

本発明はかかる欠点を除去したもので、加工順序に2ス
テツプある。ステップ1は従来の絞り加工方法と同一で
、ステップ2として絞シダイス肩アールがなく、ポンチ
とダイスのすきまを被加工材厚みよりも少なく設定した
型を使用するもので、絞シ加工におけるフランジコーナ
一部のダレを抑制する方法を提供するもので、以下実施

まである。ステップ1は、従来通りダイス3に肩アール
を付は絞り成形し、この段階で絞シ内径及び絞り高さは
所定の寸法に仕上げる。絞シ深さによってこのステップ

第2図はステップ2のダレ抑制加工を説明したものであ
る。ポンチ1とダイス3のすきまは、被加工材厚みより
も少なく設定しである。ステップ1で成形された製品の
変形防止のためポンチ1とノックアウト4で製品内側を

フランジコーナ部のダレを抑制した製品を提供すること
