    肉する増肉プレス加工方法において、 前記ダイスとして、加圧中に前記板部における前記端部
    とは逆側の裏面と当接可能な第1支持面と、加圧前に該
    端部における該板部とは逆側の外面との間に間隙を確保
    し、加圧後に該端部の該外面と当接可能な規制面とをも
    つものを採用し、 前記パンチとして、加圧中に該板部における該裏面とは
    逆側の表面と当接可能な第2支持面と、該第2支持面と
    連続しつつ前記肉厚方向に傾斜又は湾曲して形成され、
    加圧中に該端部の内縁を該規制面側に押圧可能な押圧面
    と、該押圧面と連続しつつ該第1支持面と平行であって
    該第1支持面から該肉厚方向に前記一定肉厚より深くか
    つ前記一定長より浅く形成され、加圧後に該端部の該外
    面を該規制面に当接させる加工面とをもつものを採用す
    ることを特徴とする増肉プレス加工方法。
