DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention applies markings with various designs to various colorless or colored fiber fabrics by a two-step printing process, and after drying, lightly treats the printed area with cold or hot water to print. This invention relates to a printed fiber fabric that can be washed off.

In order to eliminate this drawback, if a method is adopted in which a water-soluble printing paste is directly printed onto the fiber fabric, coloring materials such as dyes and pigments will be fixed inside the fibers, and when washed off with water, the coloring materials will be completely removed from the fibers. It has the disadvantage that it does not fall off from inside and remains, leaving marking marks after drying.

Particularly in the case of dyes, they contaminate the fibers, and even in the case of dyes that have no affinity for various fiber materials, they tend to leave marking marks because they are fixed inside the fibers. Also, even in the case of pigments, inorganic substances, etc., fine particles are present. The more markings are left behind, the more likely a similar phenomenon will occur.

(Japanese Patent Application No. 52-111859) However, the present invention is technically completely different from the invention of the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application No. 52-111859, and the inventors of the present invention have continued to conduct intensive research in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional method. The present invention relates to a textile fabric produced by a two-stage printing method of a textile fabric that is completed as a result of the process. A pattern is printed using a water-soluble Ti glue, and then a natural or synthetic glue material with dyes or pigments added as a main component is used as a second step printing on the pattern of the first step printing area. Various patterns are marked by printing with a water-soluble printing paste, and after drying, the dye or pigment is washed off by lightly treating the printed area of the second stage with cold or hot water. The water-soluble natural starch used in the first stage printing of the present invention is a material that provides a printed fiber fabric with synthetic adhesives, such as polyvinyl alcohol glue, which has extremely sticky properties. When printed, it adheres to the fiber surface and forms a polyvinyl alcohol film on the fiber surface.

A second stage water-soluble natural or synthetic glue material such as carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is then added with dyes or pigments.
The printing paste is printed so as to overlap the pattern of the polyvinyl alcohol printing area printed in the first stage.

As mentioned above, an extremely tough film is formed on the polyvinyl alcohol printed area immediately after printing, so even if the water-soluble CMC printing paste is printed in an overlapping manner, the dye or pigment will be blocked by this polyvinyl alcohol film. Adheres to the surface of polyvinyl alcohol without being stuck or contaminated inside the fiber.

The printed fiber fabrics marked with the various patterns of the present invention have become difficult to fall off when washed with water due to changes over time.
The dyes or pigments do not discolor, and the desired design can be freely selected and used, and the remaining design can be easily washed off with cold or warm water after sashiko, embroidery, or painting. It has the advantage of not contaminating the intended product.
