Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A lifting frame 3 is positioned to face one end 2 of a centrifugal casting die 1 in the axial center direction thereof. A pair of upper and lower advancing and retreating frames 45 are provided via extension/contraction rods 8, 36 to the inside of the frame 3. A brushing device 22 of a rotary type is attached to the frame 5 and a spraying nozzle 41 for a mold coating material is attached to the upper frame 4. The height of the frame 3 is adjusted in accordance with the inside diameter of the die 2 and the device 22 is turned by a cylinder device by which said device is brought into press contact with the inside surface of the end 1 and brushing is performed.
