Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the size of a bracing material smaller when being delivered by a method in which a main cut beam is pivotally attached through a rotary bracket to left and right-handed both sides of a central material, and a receiving metal to be touched by the main cut beam is attached to the side of the central material near the pivotal attaching point. CONSTITUTION:One side of a rotary bracket 13 is fixed to one end of the main cut beam 11, and the other side of the bracket 13 is attached through a support shaft 14 to almost central part of the central material 10. The receiving metal 15 of the main cut beam 11 is fixed to left and right-handed both sides of the central material 10 so that when the main cut beam 11 is expanded, the contact face 11a of the main material 11 is butted with the end face 15a of the receiving metal 15. When a bracing material of such a constitution is conveyed, the main material 11 is turned around the support shaft 14 as the fulcrum in such a way as to make the main material 11 go along with the central material 10 and loaded on a truck, etc. When it is attached on a sheathing work site, the main material 11 is turned around the support shaft 14 as the fulcrum and expanded, and then each end face is clamped with bolts and nuts.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pile of flint used for constructing underground structures of reinforced steel buildings, and in particular, a pair of left and right main members of the flint are cut in the center. This relates to a flint material that is characterized by being made so that it can be expanded and folded with respect to the beam material.

As is well known, when carrying out mountain retaining work, it generally depends on the scale of the root cutting, but in general, sheet piles are driven in to prevent the surrounding ground from collapsing, and then the sheet piles are erected and the cutting is carried out. It is supported using main members such as , flint. The present invention provides a new structure for flint, which is indispensable in such pile-stopping work. It is characterized by being foldable.

In this way, conventional flint wood requires the use of a single main material or support piece that must be bolted and assembled each time. There was also a problem in terms of ensuring accurate connections, as well as the stupidity required.

In view of this, recently, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-25285, trapezoidal flint pieces (7) are made in advance as parts, without having to assemble single pieces each time on site. A method has been proposed in which the piece is inserted and fixed in place where flinting is required. (See Figures 2-3).

However, this method also has the following drawbacks, and a solution has been sought. In other words, in the case shown in the figure, the flint piece itself is welded into a trapezoidal shape as a finished product, so it has to be bulky, and as a result, there is a practical limit to its size. However, it was not possible to provide flint pieces that necessarily met the design specifications. In other words, when transporting flint pieces to a construction site, etc., it is necessary to use a truck, but in that case there are restrictions that the width must be within 2.5m and the height must be within 4m (including the height of the truck bed). The drawback was that it could not be transported unless it was a flint piece of a size that fit within that range. Therefore, in the design specifications,
For example, it is virtually impossible to provide large flint pieces for use in areas where the strut span exceeds 6 meters.

In the embodiment shown in Figures 4 and 5, the installation angle of the flint main material with respect to the upright is 60 degrees, but there is no restriction on this angle, and as shown in Figure 6, the installation angle is 45 degrees. There is no problem with that. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the installation angle of the flint main material is 45°, and the end face of the center material a and the raised material (
The same reference numerals are used because there is no difference 9 in the configuration from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, except that a Kirin jack (8) is disposed between it and 2).

The flint material for securing piles of the present invention has the above-described configuration, and is operated as follows. That is, when transporting the flint material of the present invention to the site, as shown by the chain line in FIG. This reduces the overall volume and loads it onto a truck or freight car. In this case, the core material and the flint main material Oυ are folded parallel to each other as shown in the figure, so they are almost like simple elongated members, and as a result, the loading efficiency is increased. The flint materials brought to the site in this way are shown in Figure 4 and Figure 6.
After rotating and expanding the main material portion Ql)αυ with the support shaft I as a fulcrum so as to separate it from the center material OI, the respective end faces are fastened with bolts and nuts (end inspection). In this way, the flint can be installed extremely easily. As shown in FIG. 6, the center member (10a) is connected to the strut (3) using bolts and nuts H in the same manner as described above. In order to remove the flint material of the present invention once installed, it is only necessary to operate in the reverse order as described above, fold it into a small size and carry it out, so it is highly useful as this kind of flint material.

In particular, according to the present invention, the dimensions when installed as flint can be increased, and as a result, the strut span can be increased. Although it is easy to install and remove like the conventional type, the flint piece had to be made smaller due to transportation constraints, so the span or bending span, which is the original function of flint, was increased. Moreover, it has an epoch-making effect in that it can exert a sufficient fulcrum effect.
