[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a cold-sensing or warm-sensing patch that has high medicinal efficacy and causes less skin damage such as irritation.

Conventionally, there is a patch in which an adhesive containing a drug such as an anti-inflammatory analgesic is applied to the entire surface of one side of a base material such as cloth, but when this patch is applied to the affected area, the main pores of the skin where the patch is applied are occluded. Since the adhesive patch itself has poor air permeability, the skin in the area to which it is applied is likely to develop a rash.

For this purpose, the drug-containing adhesive layer is formed on the base material surface with appropriate intervals, and an exposed portion of the base material is provided between the drug-containing adhesive layers to provide air permeability and prevent problems such as rash. Although,
There are drawbacks, such as the volatile drug component contained in the adhesive layer escaping through the exposed portion of the base fabric, resulting in poor persistence of drug efficacy.

This proposal has a thin layer of the same drug-containing adhesive between the drug-containing adhesive layers, which causes less skin damage such as rashes, prevents loss of volatile drug components, and maintains its medicinal efficacy for a long time. This is what we are trying to provide.

To explain an example below, an adhesive layer containing a required amount of methyl salicylate, camphor, thymol, and other anti-inflammatory and analgesic agents, chili pepper and other skin irritating agents, etc. 2 and a thin drug-containing adhesive layer 3 having approximately the same composition as this drug-containing adhesive layer and having a thinner layer thickness than this layer are alternately provided.

The drug-containing adhesive layer 2 is formed to have approximately the same layer thickness as, for example, a conventional adhesive, and the drug-containing adhesive thin layer 3 is, for example, an extremely thin layer that covers the surface of the base material 1 on which the thin adhesive layer is applied. It may be formed into

The drug-containing adhesive layer 2 can be formed in the longitudinal direction of the base material or at right angles to the longitudinal direction or in the form of linear stripes or curved strips of an appropriate width, or in the form of various checkered stripes, spots, etc. It can also be formed.

Further, the layer widths of the drug-containing adhesive layer 2 and the adjacent drug-containing adhesive thin layer 3 can be formed to be the same, the former to be larger than the latter, or the former to be smaller than the latter.

The drug-containing adhesive layer 2 may be formed by various methods, but for example, in the case of a continuous strip in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. A thin layer 3 of the drug-containing adhesive to be formed on the drug-containing adhesive coated layer formed on the entire surface of this base fabric is formed in accordance with the width and formation area of the drug-containing adhesive coating layer. The excess drug-containing adhesive on the coating layer is scraped off using a scraping knife.

In this case, the thickness of the thin layer of the drug-containing adhesive to be left on the surface of the substrate can be adjusted as appropriate by adjusting the tip of the scraping knife, for example, to such an extent that it almost touches the substrate.

In addition, in the case of a checkered pattern or other pattern, a coating layer with a thickness corresponding to the required thin layer of drug-containing adhesive is formed on the entire surface of one side of the base material, and a required checkered pattern pattern is formed on top of that. It can be formed by transferring a drug-containing adhesive layer formed on a corresponding surface of release paper or the like.

The product constructed as described above is used as needed by pasting an appropriate release paper on the drug-containing adhesive layer after making it into a predetermined size, and also by winding a predetermined amount of it around a core 4 or the like. If necessary, it is rewound and cut to the required length.

In this case, it goes without saying that the back surface of the base material has releasability to the drug-containing adhesive.

In the above case, for example, if the base material 1 is a cloth or the like woven by using acetate fiber yarns of a specific denyl with a specific number of threads in the warp and weft, it is easy to cut by hand and is extremely easy to use.

As mentioned above, in this case, since the drug-containing adhesive layer 2 and the drug-containing adhesive thin layer 3 are provided alternately, when adhering to the affected area, the adhesive surface with the skin is reduced, and the adhesive force of the adhesive is too strong. Rashes due to sensitization caused by the adhesive component, rashes due to inhibition of skin breathing, etc. can be prevented, and the voids forming the adhesive thin layer 3 that do not directly adhere to the skin can be removed by forming the thin layer 3. Since the base material 1 in that part is non-air permeable, the volatile drug vaporized from the drug-containing adhesive layer 2 and thin layer 3 facing the void will not escape to the outside through the base material. Alternatively, since the void is filled with the vaporized volatile drug and acts directly on the skin, it is possible to form the drug-containing adhesive layer 2 also in the void and adhere it uniformly to the entire surface. Medicinal efficacy can be maintained for a long time.

In addition, since the adhesive surface is small, it can be easily unrolled during use and peeled off from the skin after application, and can be applied to hot-, cold-, and other types of patches.
