In the conventional metal mesh body manufacturing method, an adhesive sheet is used preliminarily to position the small metal pieces that are the raw material when connecting them together, and in the process, the adhesive sheet is removed once and the connection between the constituent members is re-established. A retaining sheet is used to maintain the product, and it takes time and effort to remove the retaining sheet after the purpose of the linkage is achieved, which impedes productivity.In addition, it is difficult to remove the retaining sheet, and the product is not easily obtained. The metal mesh body has the disadvantage of reducing the product value due to unevenness, but the metal mesh body is easy and reliable to manufacture, has a good finish, eliminates the production of defective products, significantly increases productivity, and is highly economical. The development of manufacturing methods was a common demand in related industries.

The embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.The present invention is based on a method of punching thin metal sheets such as brass, copper, and stainless steel, and four leg pieces A are attached to the main plate A'. A large number of small metal bodies A each having a leg piece A bent at a substantially right angle, and a small ring body B connecting the small bodies are made in advance, and the small body A is made in advance. has a single aligned version 1
A ring body alignment plate 5 is provided on the small ring body B, and perforations 2 and 6 are formed in each of the alignment plates 1 and 5 in a fixed shape, and the perforations 2 of the single unit alignment plate 1 are adjacent to each other. Insert one of each leg piece A'', A/' of unit A into the four perforated parts so as to straddle it, and place one of the ring parts B into perforated part 6 of ring body alignment plate 5. That's how you die.

Separately, a single regulation plate 3 is formed in which conical protrusions 4, 4 that fit into the respective perforations 2 of the single alignment plate 1 are implanted on the plate surface,
Insert each leg piece A'', A'5 into the perforation part 2 and open the main plate A'.
Hold the single regulating plate 3 with the conical protrusions 4 facing downward above the single alignment plate 1 which has the above plates arranged on the plate surface, and place both plates 1,
3 are superposed, and the conical protrusion body 4 of the unit regulation plate 3 is fitted into the perforation part 2 of the unit alignment plate 1, and the leg piece A'' of the unit A is joined to regulate the position of the unit A. Separate the single unit alignment plate 1 from the single unit plate 3. Next, separate the single unit regulation plate 3 in which the conical protrusion body 4 is joined to each leg piece A'' of the single unit A.
'' is facing down on the ring body alignment plate 5 described above, and while fitting the conical protrusions 4 of the single regulation plate 3 into each of the perforations 6 of the ring body alignment plate 5, place the ring body B. The ring body alignment plate 5 and the single body regulation plate 3 are superposed by penetrating through the ring body alignment plate 5 and the single body regulation plate 3.Next, the ring body alignment plate 5 and the single body regulation plate 3 are inverted while being superposed, and the single body regulation plate 3 is placed downward. When the ring body alignment plate 5 is turned upward and the upper ring body alignment plate 5 is separated, the single body regulation plate 3 is arranged so that each leg piece A'' of the entire single body A is placed with each conical protrusion body 4 facing upward. , A'' stands on its head and dies with one of its legs inserted into each of the four adjacent ring bodies B and B.On the other hand, each leg of the above-mentioned single body A stands on its head. The angle of the inclined surface is an acute angle of 60 degrees and an obtuse angle of 100 degrees, so that the angle of the slope is in contact with the piece A'' and the degree of refraction is gradually deepened.
Three first, second, and third leg bending plates 7, 7/7'' each having eight groups of countersunk holes each having an arc-shaped hole bottom recessed in the lower surface are installed;
These three first, second and third leg bending plates 7, 7', 7''
are sequentially used to press and engage the leg pieces A'' of the single body A with the above-mentioned single body regulation plate 3, which bends the leg pieces A'' of the single body A in a stepwise manner, and performs the third leg bending in the final stage. When version 7'' is used, the four leg pieces A/' of the unit A are butted together at the center of the inside of the unit, and each leg piece A/' holds one ring body B. , a series of connected bodies are formed on the string.Next, in order to separate this connected body from the single regulating plate 3, the regulating plate 3 is lightly hammered with a mallet or the like to form a conical protrusion. Once the joint relationship between the body 4 and the single leg piece A'' is relaxed, the linked body can be easily removed from the single regulation plate 3. The metal mesh body C obtained in this way has a strong structure due to the tight bonding of each component, does not disintegrate or break, has a good appearance, and is highly decorative, and if used as a covering material. You can get high-class women's clothing. The metal mesh body manufacturing method π of the present invention is manufactured by omitting the use of adhesive sheets and holding sheets, which are auxiliary members for positioning the metal body, when connecting the metal body and the ring body. In addition to simplifying the process, the finished product has a homogeneous composition and does not easily deform or disassemble, and has an extremely good appearance and can be used as a decorative member to significantly increase the product value. It is an excellent and advanced technical invention that has significant benefits for the industry.
