実施例では分級部はカップ搬送ラインの搬送方向両側に
対向して分級装置払い出し部が設りられ夫々対向づる分
級装置(よ同一の伍a階級の被選別果実を払い出りにう
に4R成されているが用途によって変更づることも、又
分級部を搬送方向片側に設【プることとしても勿論差支
えない。

果実の重量階級を判別し所定の分級装置に駆動指令信号
を与える。制御装置(図示しない)から出力された駆動
指令信号は所定単量の階級分級装置に設けられているソ
レノイド7Iaに与えられる。一方、ロードセル7にに
って重M測定された被選別果実はそのまま載置用カップ
1に載置され搬送体の移動に従って分級部5へ搬送され
る。分級部5へ搬送された被選別果実は当該果実の測定
重量に対応する重量階級の分級装置のところまで搬送さ
れるとソレノイド4aが駆動してそれまで搬送体を支え
ていたガイドレール4を下動させることでカップ1を非
転倒時の当該カップ1上縁より落ち込むように転倒して
当該カップ1中の被選別果実を所定の分級装置l\払い
出りこととなる。なお、本実施例のように分級装置の払
い出し部が搬送ラインの搬送方向両側に設けられており
前記払い出しに使用された分級装置が例えば搬送方向に
向って右側に設(プられたものであったとして、たまた
ま次に搬送されて来た被選別果実が前の果実と同一の重
量階級に属するものであった場合は制御装置(図示しな
い)は払い出しに使用されていない左側の分級装置に駆
動指令信号を送出し当該分級装置のソレノイド4aを駆
動する。制御装置(図示しない)から与えられた上記駆
動指令に基づきソレノイド4aは駆動して今までアーム
8を支えて来た搬送方向左側のガイドレール4を下動じ
被選別物載置用カップ1を転倒して被選別果実を払い出
りこととなる。
