Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the external frame of a device body from deformation during transportation and improve the thermal efficiency in a heating chamber by a method wherein a heat insulating pannel provided on the upper surface of a heating chamber is positioned as close as possible to an external frame of a device body, then the space between the external frame of the device body and the heat insulating pannel is made small. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating pannel 7 is provided on the upper surface of a heating chamber 1 with covering a wave guide tube 4, the upper surface part of the heating chamber 1 is structured to be covered perfectly. A partition member 10 for the heat shielding between the heating chamber 1 side and a driving part side is provided on the end surface of the driving part side on the heat insulating pannel 7. The partition member 10 is sufficient for using by being made of a cushion material such as a polyurethane due to the narrow space between device body external frame 9 and the heat insulating pannel 7. The space dimension, that is, the height of the space between the device body external frame 9 and the heat insulating pannel 7 is designated in the range capable of preventing the plastic deformation of the device body external frame 9 by the heating insulating pannel 7.

Conventional configuration and its problems In conventional heating devices with heater heating functions, the entire circumference or part of the heating chamber excluding the opening is used to keep the heating chamber warm or to protect other parts that make up the heating device. A heat insulating board is installed at a distance from the outside wall of the heating chamber. In particular, the top surface of the heating chamber has the highest amount of heat dissipation, so it is essential to insulate it. A structure was used in which a heat insulating material made of heat-resistant materials such as

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a conventional high-frequency heating device equipped with a heater heating function will be described. An upper heater is provided in the upper part of a heating chamber 1 to brown food or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes a magnetron used when performing high-frequency heating. The high-frequency waves oscillated from this magnetron 3 pass through a waveguide 4 and enter the heating chamber 1 through an opening 6 provided in the upper plate 5 of the heating chamber 1. It is configured to supply

According to such a conventional configuration, the top of the waveguide 4 is not insulated, and heat is transmitted from the top plate 5 of the heating chamber 1 to the waveguide 4, and is dissipated from the top surface of the waveguide 4, causing heating. Indoor thermal efficiency deteriorates. As a result, it not only takes time to heat the food, but also consumes a lot of electricity, resulting in a lot of waste.

In addition, since the upper surface of the vessel outer shell 9 is supported by the partition plate 8, which is made of sheet metal, the upper surface of the outer shell may be dented due to carelessness during cargo handling, causing problems in cargo handling during transportation. Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention brings the heat insulating plate provided on the top surface of the heating chamber as close as possible to the outer shell of the vessel, thereby reducing the space between the outer shell of the vessel and the heat insulating plate, so that the heat insulating plate provided on the top surface of the heating chamber can be as close as possible to the outer shell of the vessel and the heat insulating plate. It is constructed to prevent deformation of the outer shell and improve thermal efficiency within the heating chamber.

In FIG. 3, an upper heater 2 is provided in the upper part of the heating chamber 1, and heating the object in the heating chamber 1 is the same as in the conventional example. In addition, magnetron 3 used during high frequency heating
, the waveguide 4 also has the same configuration as the conventional one. In such a configuration, the upper plate 5 of the heating chamber 1 and the waveguide 4 reach extremely high temperatures, so generally aluminized steel plates, which are relatively resistant to heat, are used. A heat insulating plate 7 is attached to the upper surface of the heating chamber 1 so as to cover the waveguide 4, thereby completely covering the upper surface of the heating chamber 1.

Further, a partition member 10 is provided on the end surface of the heat insulating plate T on the drive unit side in order to provide heat shielding between the heating chamber 1 side and the drive unit side. This partition material 1o has a narrow space between the vessel outer shell 9 and the heat insulating plate 7, so
A cushioning material such as polyurethane is sufficient. Further, the distance between the vessel outer shell 9 and the heat insulating plate 7, that is, the height of the space, is set within a range in which plastic deformation of the vessel outer shell 9 can be prevented by the heat insulating plate 7. In this embodiment, when the top plate, which is the vessel outer shell 9, has a width of 520 mm, a depth of 400 mm, and a plate thickness of o and 5fiO, even when a load of 10Ky is applied, it is possible to obtain an effect of connecting the spacing within 10wrI.

1. When heating the heater, the top surface of the heating chamber and the top surface of the waveguide become very high temperature, which causes heat dissipation and greatly affects the thermal efficiency inside the heating chamber. As a result, the waveguide section has an air layer inside the waveguide and an air layer between the waveguide and the heat insulating plate, resulting in a double insulation structure, which not only improves thermal efficiency but also reduces power consumption when heating the heater. It also requires less.

2. Since the space between the vessel outer shell and the heat insulating plate is within the elastic deformation limit of the vessel outer shell, even if the vessel outer shell deforms within its elastic limit, the heat insulating plate acts as a support and prevents hammering, etc. This does not extend to the plastic deformation of . Furthermore, the partition material that partitions the heating chamber side and the electrical parts side works as a Kunonyon effect, which not only prevents deformation of the outer shell of the container during transportation, but also prevents the deformation of the outer shell of the container during transportation. It also prevents deformation. Therefore, in addition to being able to provide stable high-frequency power supply, there is no need to worry about radio wave leakage due to waveguide deformation, and a high-quality high-frequency heating device can be obtained.

3. In the unlikely event that, for example, the welding between the heating chamber top plate and the waveguide is not sufficient and radio waves leak from that part, or the waveguide is deformed and radio waves leak, the waveguide as in the present invention If there is a heat insulating board that covers the top, it will work to filter out radio waves.
It also has the effect of acting as a kind of shield case.

4. In addition, the sheet metal partition plate that was conventionally installed to prevent heat convection between the heating chamber side and the drive unit side was attached with screws, but the insulation plate was moved closer to the outer shell of the container and raised higher. This makes it possible to reduce costs by simply pasting the solution material on the heat insulating board, thereby reducing the number of man-hours.
