Generally, when paving roads using precast pavement slabs, a paving base is created by tamping, etc., a sand layer is laid on the surface to make the surface flat, and a paving slab is laid on top of it to create a paving base. However, this method cannot completely eliminate the voids,
It cannot be used on roads that support large loads.

Therefore, in the past, a certain gap was created in advance between the roadbed and the pavement slab, and after the pavement slab was laid, a wall was formed around it to prevent filler from flowing out, and then a filler material such as cement mortar or asphalt was applied. was being injected to fill the void.

However, with such conventional methods, it is troublesome to install and remove runoff prevention walls, and if you try to inject filler every time a single paving slab is laid, you will have to install and remove runoff prevention walls each time. However, since it is extremely inefficient, it is necessary to lay a large number of them in a certain area and then fill them.

In this case, since filling is carried out over a wide area at once, the degree of filling is not satisfactory, especially on road surfaces where heavy loads are applied locally, and it is difficult to check the filling status on the entire surface.Furthermore, the precast pavement version is large. in the case of,
There were problems such as difficulty in making the finished height uniform at the joints between each paving slab.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its gist is that precast pavement slabs are arranged on the upper surface of a pavement roadbed prepared by a conventional method, and the pavement slabs and the roadbed are In a precast paving slab laying method in which a filler is injected between the precast pavement slab, a filler injection port and an exhaust hole are formed by communicating openings from the surface to the back side of the precast pavement slab, and the bottom outer surface of the paving slab is combined. Wrap it in a resin film and lay it on the roadbed, straddle the joining edge of each pavement slab and fix temporary fittings on the top surface to make the surface height of each pavement slab uniform, and then pour the filler material. The present invention relates to a precast pavement laying method characterized by press-fitting a filler into a synthetic resin film from an inlet.

次に本発明の実施の一例を図面について説明する。Next, an example of implementation of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

The precast pavement slab laying method of the present invention is configured as described above, and when laying a precast pavement slab on a paving roadbed, the bottom outer surface of the pavement slab is wrapped in advance with a synthetic resin film, and after laying, the surface of the pavement slab is Filler is injected from the side into the synthetic resin film on the back side to fill the void under the paving slab, making it possible to fill the underside with filler every time a single paving slab is laid. This eliminates the need to constantly fill a wide area as in the past, and therefore requires less filler injection pressure.Furthermore, since each paving slab is filled independently, there is no possibility of filling defects. This resulted in a good filling condition being obtained.

In addition, when filling voids, there is no need for a conventional outflow prevention wall, and the work of installing, connecting, and filling voids can be performed sequentially for each paving slab, resulting in continuous and efficient work (paving This makes it possible to lay the plates, and the time required for laying the plates is significantly reduced compared to conventional methods.

Furthermore, after the paving slabs are lined up on the roadbed, the temporary fittings are fixed across the top surface of the joint edge, and the filler is filled to the bottom surface with the space between the paving slabs evened out. As a result, the pavement surface can be leveled at the same time, greatly simplifying the work.

Furthermore, by using the paving slab for a period of time after laying it,
When repairing a partially damaged paving slab, when replacing only the damaged paving slab, it is almost impossible to fill the voids under the replaced paving slab. Particularly in the case of pavements such as runways that require precision, it is necessary to replace a wide range of parts even those that do not require repair, but even in such cases, the present invention can easily fill the voids only under the pavement slab that needs to be replaced. This means that repairs can be done economically and easily.
