Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a wear-resistant member for a pulverizer having remarkably improved resistance to failure and separation by incorporating a high toughness reinforcing material consisting of an expanded metal, welded wire screen, etc. into the wear-resistant member. CONSTITUTION:Casting molds 1 and 2 which have a sprue 3, a gate 4, a runner 8 and a riser 9 meeting prescribed shapes and sizes and are bisected at a parting line 10 are formed in the case of casting a composite table knife. The mold 1 is removed, upon completion of molding, and the mold 2 is placed to face upward the parting line 10 side thereof. An expanded metal 5 having a mild steel body 7 after completion of coating a mold coating material is pushed into the mold 2 and is set in a molding space 6. The metal 5 is set in the prescribed position further from the wearing surface for grinding of the table knife. The table knife is then formed by casting, allowing to cool and shaking out and only the excess length part of the table knife projected with the mild steel bar 7 is carefully gas-cut. The gate 4 and the riser 9 are removed by breaking and thereafter the traces after breakage and others are smoothed by grinding and finally the table knife is subjected to a heat treatment, by which the final product is obtd.

Conventionally, the materials for liners, etc., which are wear-resistant members, are as follows:
In addition to high manganese cast steel, high f-com cast iron, medium chrome lX cast iron, and alloy cast steel are used. However, in terms of wear resistance, high chromium cast iron or medium chromium cast iron is generally superior in many cases. However, this material has poor toughness, so if it is subjected to severe impact, it may cause cracks to emit light.

The reason for this is that the strength of the reinforcing bars is lower than that of the wear-resistant materials FC and W6, which are the base materials for Noino, and the reinforcing bars with a larger diameter compared to the thickness of the liner are cast, which reduces the strength of the entire liner. Also, since the coating mold was applied around the reinforcing bars, after casting, there was a space between the reinforcing bars and the base material that could be considered as a part of the notch, and the reinforcing bars were large. As a result of this space getting closer to the surface of the liner, in the case of a 1°L kiss band metal liner, which is thought to be due to the notch effect, a crack occurred at the 16th time, and a crack appeared at the 24th time. - It penetrated from the end to the end J. This state is photographed as shown in Figure 6. In this case, it is good against the occurrence of cracks and breakage and separation, and the scattering of small fragments is especially irritating to the scattering property of h<, M. Jlr4t),

(13) In Example 1 and 1 above, when casting the reinforcing material, the coating mold was applied (1). The carbon content of 14111A quickly changes to the ratio of the reinforcing material. This is because the difference in the coefficient of linear expansion of the two +Δ^'1 during subsequent solidification increases the α phase. However, when using a coating mold (
There is a space about the thickness of the coating mold between the reinforcing material and the reinforcing material.
Become a prisoner. Therefore, if we focus on preventing the low strength caused by the 111 material and Mitsumi between 9 and 7 of the reinforcement month, it is possible to increase the φ51. −′( without using ;L
It is also possible to visit there. Do not use a coating mold (dureha,
As soon as it is cast, the reinforcing materials such as llI44 are completely integrated,
There is no space that can be considered as a cut-off. However, since the carburization during casting is Lt'l-, whether or not to use coating powder may be determined depending on the thickness, etc.

In the present invention, reinforcement Δ4 with a high toughness of 1'l made of upper band metal, welded wire mesh, etc. is added to this J, -), and the lower part 44 is made of wear-resistant cast iron or wear-resistant part 61/4. ←−
Since it is built-in, the damage resistance is Ml 11+ or Kimishikuni 1,
If this product is used as a pit wear-resistant part such as a table rhino for crushing, it will prevent damage. And, even if a part of the live part (,: tutttsu) occurs during use, it is the reinforcing material part (till t
1), the reinforcing material is densely packed vertically and horizontally, so during the operation of the crusher, 11i41 premature wear part 4A or small J °1 and /< 1 (I don't want it to float or fall off, but it has an effect that has not been seen in previous liners, etc., and as a result, Sumi's life will be greatly reduced.)
