Conventional beauty steam generators either put a sheathed heater into a sealed tank into which the required amount of water is poured, or heat the tank itself to heat and evaporate the water in the tank.
The generated steam is guided through a pipe, etc., and is ejected from a nozzle installed at the end of the pipe toward the face or other body parts to achieve a cosmetic effect or to soften and moisturize the wrinkles and facial skin before rough shaving. I'm trying to get some results. Also, supply water into the tank so that the sheathed heater is slightly immersed,
The generated steam is sent through the duct using a blower or the like and is blown onto the face.

Therefore, in the former case, since the vapor pressure generated is used to spray, the internal pressure of the tank needs to be 60 to 100 fighting water columns, so the water in the tank is heated and reaches the required pressure to generate steam. This will vary depending on the amount of water injected into the tank, but it usually takes 15 to 25 minutes. Therefore, workers should anticipate how long it will take for the steam to be sprayed and turn on a heater of about 600 to 700W before starting work. If not, there is a disadvantage that it takes a long time to wait and the work efficiency deteriorates, and in the latter case, water is gradually poured into the ore tank, so in the former case, a long culm is not required from heater heating to steam generation, and usually only a few However, the steam sprayed has a high moisture content and is sticky, making it uncomfortable to use, and the heater used has a large wattage of 1KW or more.

Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram of the device used for experiments of the present invention, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment manufactured using the same principle as the experimental device, and Fig. 3 is a plan view of the device used. It is a diagram. In the figure, 1 is a tank capable of supplying a required volume of water, for example 1 to several liters, and the tank is made of aluminum,
It is formed of metal such as stainless steel or synthetic resin into a desired shape, and is attached to the lid 2 by screwing or other means, so that the tank is substantially hermetically sealed with this closing lid. A steam generating cylinder 3 is inserted into the tank 1 so that it passes through the lid and its tip almost reaches the bottom of the tank, and the outer peripheral surface of the face 3 is covered with a heat insulating material 4 to generate steam. To prevent the high temperature inside the steam generating cylinder 3 from being cooled down by the water in the tank. The lower end of the steam generating cylinder 3, which opens into the tank, supplies water little by little to prevent the water temperature inside the cylinder from dropping rapidly. It may also be tapered so that it is A plurality of partition walls 5 are provided on the outer periphery of the lower end so that the cold water in the tank can sequentially pass through each chamber partitioned by the partition walls 5 and can also be supplied into the lid. This partition wall 5 creates a narrow gap with the inner circumferential surface of the tank to prevent backflow due to pulsations within the steam generating cylinder, but allows water to be gradually supplied into the cylinder in accordance with the amount of water generated.

In addition, a ceramic heater 6 is provided at the inner bottom of the steam generating cylinder 3 or at a desired position, either directly or via a heater receiver 7, a support fitting 8, etc., to heat the water supplied into the cylinder and generate steam in a short time. This ceramic heater 6F16
00 to 700 W, but since the amount of water supplied into the steam generating cylinder is extremely small compared to the amount of water in the tank, the required steam generation and steam pressure can be obtained within 1 to 2 minutes after heating the heater. Moreover, when used continuously, the temperature of the water sequentially supplied into the cylinder is heated as described above, and there is little difference in temperature from the temperature inside the cylinder, so that continuous steam generation is possible.

A steam reservoir tank 9 is provided through the upper Fi lid 2 of the steam generating cylinder 3 or through a lid at the upper end of the cylinder, and the steam generated in the steam generating cylinder is temporarily stored in the tank 9. To suppress pulsation due to pressure changes in a cylinder as much as possible, and to continuously spray steam. A vibrator 10 is connected to this steam storage tank 9, and steam is sprayed through a nozzle 11 provided at the tip of the pipe. In this case, since the pressure inside the steam tank is 80 to 100 mt, spraying from the nozzle is sufficiently possible. If the internal pressure of the steam reservoir tank exceeds the set pressure, the water level in the steam generating cylinder must be pushed down by the pressure to prevent the ceramic heater from being submerged, as this may hinder smooth steam generation.
In order to prevent this, a communication '112 is provided between the steam reservoir tank 9 and the steam generating cylinder 3 so that all the internal pressure of the tank 9 is released into the tank 3, thereby stabilizing the water level in the cylinder 3. As a result, the internal pressure of the tank 1 becomes a little higher than the atmospheric pressure, but a water supply pipe 16 that also serves as a water head pipe is provided protruding from the water supply pipe 13 so that water does not overflow from the water supply pipe even at this tank internal pressure. A water supply tray 14 or the like is provided at the tip, or water is poured directly into the end of the water supply pipe as necessary.

According to the present invention, water in a large amount of water stored in a tank is heated little by little in accordance with the amount of steam generated, so that the water is heated in a relatively small amount. Even with large-capacity heaters, steam is generated within a very short time after the heater is energized, and when the required pressure is reached, the steam is sprayed from the nozzle, making work more efficient. has the advantage of being able to be sprayed stably and continuously.

Name of the invention: Beauty steam generator 2. Claims: A closed tank with water supply enabled, whose outer periphery is covered with a heat insulating material,
A steam generating cylinder with a heater installed inside is provided, and the tank is partitioned by a partition wall so that water can be supplied sequentially through each chamber, and a steam reservoir tank is provided above the steam generating cylinder, and the tank 3. Detailed Description of the Invention The present invention is a cosmetic steam generator that stably sprays steam from a nozzle through a vacuum cleaner. This invention relates to a steam generator. The water in the tank is heated to evaporate by pouring 17 liters of water into the sealed tank, or by heating the tank with all its power. The generated steam is guided through a vibrator and ejected from a nozzle provided at the end of the pipe toward the face or other body parts, resulting in cosmetic effects or 3L (L and facial skin) before shaving. It is designed to obtain a softening and moistening effect. The water metal sheathed heater is supplied into the fork tank so that it is slightly immersed, and the generated steam is sent through the duct with a blower or the like and blown onto the face etc. Therefore, in the former case, since the vapor pressure generated is used to spray, it is necessary to increase the tank internal pressure to 60 to 100M water column, and for this reason, the water in the tank is heated and the required pressure is increased by steam generation. It depends on the amount of water injected into the tank, but it usually takes about 15 to 25 minutes to reach this level. Therefore, you should predict how long it will take to spray this # air on your work clothes, and apply about 600 to 700 W of water before starting work. If you do not heat the heater, there is a drawback that it takes a long time to wait and work efficiency deteriorates, and in the latter case, water is poured into the tank gradually, so
The former does not require a long time to generate steam from heating the heater and usually only takes a few minutes, but the steam that is sprayed contains a lot of water and is sticky! This causes discomfort during use, and the wattage of the heater used is greater than IKW. In view of this, the present invention uses a heater of about 600 to 700 W that can be used from a normal outlet, shortens the time from heating the heater to spraying steam to 1 to 2 minutes, and also only generates steam pressure without using a blower. This steam generator is designed to provide a steam generator that provides sufficient atomization. The steam generator uses a sealed tank that can be supplied with water, the outer periphery of which is covered with a heat insulating material, and a ceramic heater, sheathed heater, or other heater installed inside. In addition, water can be supplied sequentially from the inside of the tank to the face of the cylinder through 6 pipes separated by partition walls, and a steam reservoir tank is provided at the top of the steam generating cylinder, from which all pipes are valved and from the nozzle. The gist is that the steam is blown out stably. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated examples. Figure 1 is an explanatory cross-sectional view of the apparatus used for experiments of the present invention, a cross-sectional view of a barometer fabricated using the same principle as the apparatus for the second factor μ experiment, and Figure 3 is an illustration of the apparatus used. FIG. In the figure, 1 is a tank capable of supplying a required volume of water, for example, 1 to several tons. 2, so that the tank is substantially hermetically sealed with this closing lid. A steam generating cylinder 3 is inserted into the tank 1 so that it passes through the lid and its tip almost reaches the bottom of the tank, and the outer peripheral surface of the face 3 is covered with a heat insulating material 4 to generate steam. Prevent the high temperature inside the generator @5 from being cooled down by the water in the tank. The lower end of the steam generating cylinder 3Fi, which opens into the tank, may be tapered so that water is supplied little by little to prevent the total water temperature within the cylinder from dropping rapidly. A plurality of partition walls 5 are provided on the outer periphery of the lower part, and the cold water in the tank passes sequentially through each chamber partitioned by -m5, and is gradually heated by the heated water that flows back due to the pulsation in the steam generating cylinder. To supply water to the inside of the steam generating cylinder in a state where there is little difference in temperature and humidity inside the cylinder. This partition wall 5 creates a narrow gap between the inner peripheral surface of the tank and prevents backflow due to pulsation within the steam generating cylinder, but water can be gradually supplied into the cylinder according to the amount of water generated.◎ In addition, a ceramic heater, sheath heater, or other heater 6 is installed at the inner bottom of the steam generating cylinder 3 or at a required position, either directly or through the heater receiver 7, support fittings 8, etc., to heat the water supplied into the cylinder in a short time. Although this heater 6 has a power of about 600 to 700 W, the amount of water supplied to the steam generating cylinder is extremely small compared to the amount of water in the tank. The required steam generation and steam pressure can be obtained, and when used continuously, the water temperature that is sequentially supplied to the cylinder is heated as described above to reach a temperature of 761 degrees with the humidity inside the cylinder (4 degrees). Since the difference is small, continuous steam generation is possible. The upper part of the steam generation cylinder 3 passes through the lid 2, or a steam storage tank 9 is provided at the upper end of the cylinder through the lid, and the steam generated in the steam generation cylinder is temporarily stored in the tank 9, and then stored in the tank 9. This is designed to suppress pulsation due to pressure changes inside the cylinder as much as possible, and to spray the steam continuously. A pipe 10 is connected to this steam storage tank 9, and steam is sprayed from a nozzle 11 provided at the tip of the pipe. In this case, since the pressure in the steam tank is between 80 and 100 mW, spraying from the nozzle is possible. If the internal pressure of the steam reservoir tank exceeds the set pressure, the water level in the steam generating cylinder must be pushed down by the pressure to prevent the heater from being submerged. This may interfere with smooth steam generation, so to prevent this, the steam Tank 1 equipped with a storage tank 9 and a steam generator 3
A communication pipe 12 is provided between them to allow the internal pressure of the tank 9 to escape into the tank 1, thereby stabilizing the water level within the cylinder 3 (5). As a result, the internal pressure of the p-tank 1 becomes slightly higher than atmospheric pressure, but a water supply pipe 13 that also serves as a water head pipe is installed so that water does not overflow from the water supply pipe even at this tank internal pressure.
A water supply tray 14 or the like is provided at the tip of this water supply pipe 13, or a Fi
Direct water supply will be used to inject water as needed. 4 Brief explanation of the drawings Figure 1 is a cross-sectional explanatory diagram of the apparatus for hellish experiences of the present invention, Figure 2 is Fi
