本考案は合成樹脂成形用その他のプレス機において下型
を2つに分割したものを簡易に離間せしめるようになし

が上方となるように傾斜し、上下型間が開口し、下型内

成した切欠孔内にて支持され、この係片を支点として下
型はその手前側がワニロのように開くよう揺動自在とな
しているため雨下型間の前方が大きく開口するため下型
内の成形品の取り出し及び清掃が簡易に行える利点があ

下降時下型がプレス機前方にスライドするようになした
プレス機に於て、下型は上方側下型と下方側下型とより
構成され、下方側下型は上記下型取付盤上をその上下に
よって摺動するスライド板上に固着されており、上記下
方の取出し位置には上方側下型を持ち上げるべくシリン
ダにて昇降する昇降台が配備され、該昇降台には下型取
付盤を挾んで左右に上方側下型に対設される下型支持板
が設けられると共に、該下型支持板には上方側下型との
対接面に下方側下型側方に突設され支点となる係片を嵌
合支持し揺動自在になした切欠孔を、並びにこれに係合
される係片を上記上方側下型の側方に設けられたことを
