Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a video signal reproducer without any complicated key operation by designating a repeat reproduction section with a simple key operation. CONSTITUTION:Driving means 19 and 20 shift a long record tape in both reverse and forward directions, and a reproduction means 26 reproduces the video signal recorded on the tape. A designation key 21 designates a repeat reproduction section of the tape, and a control means controls the means 19, 20 and 26 in order to reproduce repetitively the designated section. Then the control means actuates the means 19 with the first operation of the key 21 to shift reverse the tape and can set a desired repeat reproduction section while confirming the recorded pictures. In addition, the complicated key operations can be omitted to improve the operability of a video signal reproducer.

Explain the operation. When the apparatus is in the reproduction mode, the data on the counter 6 receives the frequency signal PG from the reel motor, and increases or decreases in accordance with the forward or reverse rotation of the reel motor. At this time, repeat playback operation key (hereinafter referred to as repeat key) 2
When 1 is pressed, a high level signal is input to the D terminal of DFl4, and the Q output of DFl4 becomes high level in synchronization with the rising edge of the clock of the clock generator 8. Then D
The D terminal of F F' 5 also becomes high level, and the Q output of D F F 5 becomes high level after waiting for the rise of the next clock. And gate 7 connects the Q output of DFl4 and DPI! Since the Q output of DF14 is input, it becomes high level at the first rising edge of the clock after the repeat key suppression operation, and becomes low level at the rising edge of the next clock. Output and DFl”5
Since the Q output of is input, conversely, repeat key 21
It becomes high level for one clock interval after the operation of releasing is performed.

The high level output of the AND gate 7 causes the register 10 to latch the data of the counter 6 when the repeat key 21 is depressed, and the output of the gate 6 causes the register 9 to latch the data when the repeat key 21 is released.

The Q output of the FF 16 is normally at a low level because @@PO, which becomes a high level only when a power switch (not shown) is turned on, is input to the R terminal of the FF 16 via an OR gate. Furthermore, even in the playback mode, the output of the playback operation key 24 is at a high level, so the Q output of the FF 16 is at a low level.

When the repeat key 21 is pressed here, the Q output of h'Fi 6 becomes high level and opens the AND gate 17°1B. On the other hand, due to the latch signal of gate 7, OR gate 1
6: E' F i 5 is set, so the output of the AND gate 17 activates the regeneration circuit 26 via the reversing drive 19 and the OR gate 25. That is, the device enters the reverse playback mode.

The tape is rotated in the normal direction by the normal rotation driving device 20 via the normal rotation drive device 20. At this time, since the regeneration circuit 26 also maintains the regeneration state, the normal rotation regeneration mode is entered.

When the reverse reproduction mode is entered, the counter 6 counts down the signal FG. Then, the data of the counter 6 stores the data of the repeat start position, and when the data becomes equal to or smaller than the arc of the register 11, the Q output of the comparator 11 is at a high level. :, resets the FF 15 and automatically shifts to forward playback mode.

As described above, since the tape starts rotating in reverse by the first key operation of the repeat key, the end position of the repeat section can be set first. In other words, it is possible to set the repeat section after confirming what kind of video is recorded in the section that the user wants to perform repeat playback, so there is no need to specify an unexpected section, and the key The operation is also extremely simple.

FIG. 6 is a control circuit diagram of a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, parts having the same functions as those in FIG. 1 are given the same numbers. Further, 27 is a timer circuit whose output rises when the repeat key 21'' is operated and holds a high level signal for a period determined by a variable resistor 28.
In this embodiment, the end position of the repeat section is determined by pressing the repeat key 21, and the start position is determined by separating the repeat key 21, but in this embodiment, only the end position of the repeat section is determined by pressing the repeat key 21. 21" is determined by the operation, and the starting position is automatically determined by the output of the limb timer circuit 27. Therefore, two key operations are required to set the start position q~.
. Moreover, by varying the value of the variable resistor 28, it is possible to change the length of the repeat section.

(Explanation of Effects) The playback device of the present invention starts reversing the tape by pressing the first designated key (-1~). Since it is possible to set a repeat section, there is no need to specify parts that are not as expected.Furthermore, even when the user suddenly wants to see the part that was just monitored again, there is no need to perform complicated key operations. Therefore, it is a candy and easy to use for the user.
