Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）上部を開口した容器本体と、該容器本体内の床面
    から相対向する内壁面に亘って多数本形成されたウェハ
    把持溝と、前記容器本体の開口部に弾性部材を介して着
    脱自在に取付けられた蓋体と、該蓋体内に埋設された補
    強枠芯と、該蓋体の前記容器本体内に対向する内面に取
    付けられたウェハ押え枠と、該ウェハ押え枠の並列する
    枠部に突出して形成された可視性を有する押圧用とを具
    備することを特徴とするウェハ収納容器。
  2. （２）押圧用が並列した枠部に多数本の可視性を有する
    押圧脚を略櫛状に形成したものである実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のウェハ収納容器。
  3. （３）押圧脚の先端面が湾曲面に形成されている実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第２項記載のウェハ収納容器。
  4. （４）固定穴を穿設した耳部が蓋体の側部に突出してお
    り、かつ、該固定穴に嵌入される係止突起が容器本体の
    外側面に前記耳部に対応して形成されている実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１．２．３項記載のウェハ収納容器。
