Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）バリスタ特性とコンデンサ特性とを有し且つ一方
    の主面から他方の主面に貫通する少なくとも第１及び第
    ２の貫通孔を有する磁器基板と、前記第１の貫通孔に隣
    接して前記磁器基板の少なくとも一方の主面に設けられ
    た第１の電極と、 前記第２の貫通孔に隣接して設けられ且つ少なくともバ
    リスタ特性とコンデンサ特性が得られるように前記第１
    の電極に対して分離された状態に配置された第２の電極
    と、 前記第１の貫通孔に挿通され且つ前記第１の電極に結合
    された第１のリード導体と、前記第２の貫通孔に挿通さ
    れ且つ前記第２の電極に結合された第２のリード導体と を備えたバリスタ及びコンデンサ特性を有する回路装置
    。
  2. （２）前記第１及び第２の電極は前記磁器基板の一方の
    主面に設けられ、且つ一定値以上の電圧で火花放電を起
    す間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のバリスタ及びコンデンサ特性を
    有する回路装置。
