As shown in FIGS. 7 to 9, this kind of condenser conventionally used has a pair of straight tubes 6 in a horizontal plane on each floor connected to each tube insertion hole 7a of a plate fin 7. to make each tube end protrude from the fixing plate 10, and attach a U to the protruding part.
Since it is obtained by brazing the bend 8, it is troublesome to assemble and inevitably requires a lot of man-hours.

The hierarchical serpentine pipe 1 is a serpentine pipe formed in a vertical plane by a single small-diameter steel pipe, with the uppermost straight pipe part as an inlet pipe and the lowermost straight pipe part as an outlet pipe. (hereinafter referred to as the original serpentine pipe), and the lateral straight pipe portions of each stage of the serpentine pipe are aligned in the same direction in each horizontal plane including the straight pipe portions and perpendicular to the longitudinal plane. It is formed by bending it into a letter shape, and thus the straight pipe parts located in each horizontal plane and forming both sides of each bent part are arranged in pairs in parallel to form a hierarchical structure, and the bent part in each horizontal plane, The uppermost inlet tube communicates with the lowermost outlet tube through the vertical plane internal bending portion to form a hierarchical serpentine tube.

When assembling the hierarchical serpentine pipe 1 and the fin plays 1, 2...
One side vertical edge is perpendicular to one side vertical plane of the hierarchical meandering pipe,
In addition, the plurality of fin plates 2 are arranged in parallel and spaced apart from each other, and a pair of straight pipe portions in each horizontal plane of the hierarchical serpentine pipe is arranged in each horizontally long notch hole arranged vertically in the horizontal plane. The fin play I according to the present invention is constructed by fitting the fin plate along the lateral plane and further brazing the contact area between the outer circumferential surface of the straight pipe part in the horizontal plane and the periphery of the horizontally elongated notch hole with the plating layer of the pipe and/or the fin plate. If the hierarchical serpentine pipe 1 and the fin plate 1-2 are made of mild steel, and if either or both of them are plated with copper, the fin plate should be heated in a furnace to the melting point of copper after being tightly fitted. Therefore, brazing can be easily performed.

Since the fin plate according to the present invention is constructed in this way, it is possible to assemble a hierarchical meandering pipe made of a single thin steel layer, and unlike conventional products, brazing of the U-bend is not required during assembly. In addition, the holes provided in the fin plates 1 to 1 are horizontally elongated notched holes, and the pair of straight pipes in the horizontal plane can be inserted into the holes, so assembly can be carried out efficiently. Furthermore, since the brazing between the fin plate 1 and the straight pipe section is performed by fusing the plating layer applied to each, it can be passed through a furnace. It's a big place.
