本発明要旨のサイドシール製袋機溶着部における実施例

に防曇処理が施された合成樹脂フィルム原反ロール(1

形の袋体(2)を製造する製袋機を示しており、原反ロ
ール(1)は、供給部(b)で解舒されつつ防暑処理面
を内側にし折り目を搬送方向に折面されて袋体(2)底
部が形成され、搬送部(C)でフィルム(3)の蛇−2

行が修正されると共に、同フィルム(3)の張力、搬送
タイミングが調整されて、袋体(2)の横巾長づつ間欠
的に溶着部(d )に搬送され、同溶着部(d)には袋
体(2)の側端縁(4)を形成すべく、同フィルム(3
)上方に、ホットナイフ(5)が刃すじを横方向に配設
されており、同ナイフ(5)は断面形略五角形状の金属
製で、下部にエツジ(6)が形成されており、同ナイフ
(5)を約30℃に加熱すべく電気ヒーター(7)が内
蔵されており、同ナイフ(5)上面は、インシュレータ
ー(8)を介して支持枠(9)下面に取付けられており
、同支持枠(9)上面にはバイブレータ−(10)が取
付けられ、同バイブレータ−(10)の横方向の振動を
支持枠(9)及びインシュレーター〈8)を介してホッ
トナイフ(5)に伝達するように構成されており、同支
持枠(9)両端は、溶着部(d )左右側端に立設され
た左右ロンド(11)、(11)−上端に横方向摺動自

は搬送部(C)の間欠搬送動作に同調して−3−
