Conventionally, in a filtration tank for a swimming pool that uses this type of filter, a water collection pipe with a large number of water collection holes is screwed into a screw hole provided in an intermediate plate of the filtration tank, and the water collection pipe is A filter having a filtration fiber layer surrounding it is fitted into a filtration cylinder with a large number of water passage holes, and is secured with a cap.

However, the number of screw holes penetrated through the intermediate plate is usually about 80 holes for a filter tank with a diameter of 850 mm, and 1000 holes for a filter tank with a diameter of 850 mm.
The mmφ type has a large number of holes, about 100 holes. First, the water collection pipes are screwed into the holes one by one, then a filter is fitted to each water collection pipe, and the cap is tightened to secure it. As such, the water collection pipe and the filter are constructed separately, which requires a lot of time and effort to assemble and is extremely inefficient, contributing to the high cost of the filtration tank.

In addition, the filtration tank requires periodic replacement of the filter and cleaning of the inside of the tank, but as mentioned above, these workability is extremely poor, and furthermore, since the filter and water collection pipe are separate, The length of the filter must be formed to match the length of the water collection pipe, and there are disadvantages such as the inability to adjust the length of the filter to match the capacity of the filtrate or the degree of contamination of the filtrate.

In consideration of the above facts, the present invention allows the intermediate plate to be attached to and removed from the fitting hole extremely easily, and the intermediate plate is held between the protruding part and the flange part of the fitting member to securely attach the cartridge type filter. It is fixed, improves the workability of installing and replacing the filter, cleaning the filtration tank, etc., and also makes the offshore filtration tank inexpensive.Furthermore, the length of the filter can be adjusted appropriately according to the volume of filtrate water, etc., making it suitable for use. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cartridge type filter that provides excellent filtration performance.

In the present invention, a cylindrical filter, a fitting member, and a cap are appropriately screwed together to form a water collection pipe to constitute a cartridge-type filter, and the cartridge-type filter itself can be freely inserted and removed directly into an intermediate plate using a fitting member. Moreover, the length of the cartridge type filter can be adjusted by connecting an appropriate number of unit-shaped filters to obtain appropriate filtration performance.

The cartridge-type filter 1 is constructed by connecting an appropriate number of members formed as described above with screws as shown in FIG.
Moreover, since each member is formed into a cylindrical shape, a collection channel R is formed inside the cartridge type filter 1.

In addition, although this embodiment shows a case in which the cartridge type filter 1 is constructed by connecting the filters 11 in three stages, the present invention is not limited to this. Needless to say, it is sufficient if the threaded part 13 is not necessarily provided for connecting the filter 11, but it is possible to form a threaded part at one end of the filtering cylinder 111 and a female threaded part at the other end. Various modifications are possible, such as allowing the filter cylinder 111 to be directly screwed on.

First, the cartridge type filter 1 having the above structure can be attached to the intermediate plate 2 by simply pushing it into the fitting hole 22 of the intermediate plate 2, and there is no need for troublesome work such as screwing and fitting each time. First, the filtration tank A can be assembled with extremely simple work.

Then, the raw water flowing into the filtration chamber B passes through the filtration fiber layer 1.
However, impurities contained in the raw water are filtered by the filter fiber layer 112 and adhere to the fiber layer, and only the reactor water from which the impurities have been filtered passes through the passage provided through the offshore pipe 111. The water passes through the water hole 113 and flows into the collection channel R formed inside the cartridge type filter 1.

The water collection channel R communicates with the water collection chamber C, which is separated from the filtration chamber B by the intermediate plate 2, so that the reactor water passes through the water collection channel R and is collected below the intermediate plate 2. When filtration is performed many times in this way, filtered impurities such as leaves, sand, etc., as well as rust from the filtration tank A, are deposited on the intermediate plate 2 and in the filtration chamber B of the filtration tank A. Since it accumulates or adheres to the cartridge type filter 1 etc., it is necessary to replace the cartridge type filter 1 and mainly clean the inside of the filtration chamber B.

At the time of replacement and cleaning, remove the head cover 3, pull out the cartridge type filter 1, and use water from a hose or the like to collect foreign matter accumulated on the intermediate plate 2 from the fitting hole 22 of the intermediate plate 2. The water is poured into the water chamber C and discharged from a drain port (not shown).

In this way, in the past, the water collection pipe was screwed onto the intermediate plate and a filter was fitted into the water collection pipe, making cleaning and cleaning difficult.
When replacing the filter, it takes a lot of time and effort to install and remove it, but the cartridge type filter of this invention
There is no need to use a water collection pipe, and cleaning and replacement can be performed extremely easily by simply fitting and removing the pipe into the intermediate plate.

Further, the length of the cartridge type filter 1 is the same as that of the filtration tank A.
If it is too short in relation to the filtration capacity, the filtration fiber layer 112 of the cartridge type filter 1 will quickly become clogged due to the filtration action, reducing the filtration efficiency, resulting in an increase in the number of times the filter 11 needs to be replaced, resulting in a complication. However, if the number of connecting stages of the filter 11 is appropriately selected, a filtration tank A can be formed that has appropriate flow performance commensurate with the capacity of filtrate water, etc., and the filter 11 does not have to be replaced many times.

As described above in detail, the cartridge type filter according to the present invention has a structure in which the cartridge type filter itself can be fitted into and removed from the fitting hole of the intermediate plate, and does not require a water collection pipe, so that it is easy to install, replace or filter the filter. When cleaning the tank,
This can be done with an extremely simple operation of simply inserting and removing the cartridge type filter, significantly improving work efficiency, reducing the cost of the filtration tank, and adjusting the number of filters connected as appropriate. By doing so, a cartridge type filter can be configured according to the volume of filtrate water, etc., and appropriate filtration performance can be obtained.Furthermore, cartridge type filters that have been used in a filtration tank can be reused by washing them with hot water, etc. In addition to being used in filtration tanks for swimming pools and the like, it is also a cartridge-type filter that can be used as a strainer for waste oil, or as a filter material for alcohol, soy sauce, drinking water, etc., and has many other excellent effects.
