Abstract

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize heat storage material by a structure wherein a plurality of containers, in which heat storage material is sealed, are mounted in parallel to one another on the single side of plate heat insulating members so as to make them portable. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of containers, in which heat storage material 3 is sealed, are arranged apart in parallel to one another in the interior of a pair of shallow boxes 1, which are made of heat insulating material 1a and coupled to each other by hinges in a manner so as to make the opening parts of the boxes face to each other. After the heat storage material is changed into liquid phase by being exposed to the sun or by being placed on a veranda or the like with the container sides upward or with the boxes open, the container sides of a pair of heat storage appliances are opposedly put one over the other or said appliances are folded with the container sides inside or the boxes are closed and then the appliances are kept in a thermally good insulated place in a room. When the containers are exposed or the boxes are open during the night, the lowering of the temperature and solidification of the heat storage material at its melting point are caused, resulting in generating the latent heat of solidification of the agent. Indoor space is heated by said heat.

The purpose of the present invention is to effectively utilize a heat storage agent without using power and making it easy to carry. A heat storage device characterized by having a plurality of containers sealed with a heat storage agent arranged in parallel for every f = 1 digit, and a plurality of containers with a heat storage agent sealed in each of a pair of shallow boxes having insulation properties, as described above. The heat storage device is arranged and attached at a distance so as to fit between a plurality of facing containers when the boxes are fitted facing each other.

以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照しながら説明する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The heat storage agent used in the present invention is preferably a substance with a melting point higher than the required heating heat source temperature (18°C) and, in order to facilitate heat retention, at room temperature (35°C or lower). Examples of substances that satisfy these conditions include calcium chloride hexahydrate, Glauber's salt, sodium carbonate decahydrate, paraffin, and glycerifide.

To explain how to use this device, first, place the container side up on a balcony or the like during the day, or open the box and expose it to sunlight to turn the heat storage agent into a liquid phase. Stack them with their sides facing each other, fold the container side inward, or close the box and place it indoors in a well-insulated place. When the container is exposed or the box is opened at night, the temperature of the heat storage agent drops and solidifies at its melting point, generating heat. This heat heats the room. In addition, in order to ensure heat retention, if another heating source is installed in the heat insulating material 1a, it becomes possible to store heat for a long time.

As described above, since the present invention is a heat storage device in which a sealed container containing a heat storage agent is attached to one side of a heat insulating material, it is extremely simple and easy to handle. If the insulation material has good cushioning properties, the single member can be folded to keep warm and can also be used as a futon.
