動用モータMを搭載し、更に該駆動モータMとダイス装
置2との間に適宜の伝動装置3を設けるものである。ま
ずダイス装置2について説明すると、このものは円環状
をなす外ダイスlOとこれに内接する内ダイス11とが
組み合わされてなるものである。外ダイス10は機枠に
対し適宜のベアリングを介し回転自在に取シ付けられる
ものであって、その内周面には一例として歯車状の噛み
合い歯12が形成されるとともに噛み合い歯12の歯間
底部には加工孔13が外ダイス1oの外周まで貫くよう
に穿孔されるものである。一方、内ダイス11はその外
周部に噛み合い歯14が形成されるものであ勺前述の外
ダイスと同様この噛み合い歯14の歯間底部には加工孔
15を穿設し、内ダイス11の歯間底部には加工孔が穿
孔されるものであシ、このものは内ダイス11の中心部

イス1工はこれに従動して回転するような構成をとるも
のであるが、内ダイスll側に動力を伝達し外ダイスl
Oを従動させるようにしてもよいし、双方に動力を伝達
して駆動するようにしてももとよシ差し支えない。まず
外ダイスlOにはその外周部に従動歯車18 (L形成
するものであシ、この従動歯車18に駆動軸19に取ジ
付けられた駆動歯車20を噛み合わせ、駆動細工9の回
転を駆動歯車18を介して外ダ1ス10に伝達するもの
である。尚、この駆動軸19にはモータMの出力プーリ
21からベルト22を介して従動プーリ23に回転が伝
達され、モータMの回転が伝達されるものである。一方
、内ダイス11は、機枠1に対してその軸5が軸受邪に
支承されることによって、回転自在に取シ付けられてな

歯車18との噛み合いによシ、外ダイスioが回転を開
始するのである。この外ダイス1oの回転によシ、これ
と内ダイス11との噛み合い歯ル、14が噛み合ってい
ることから、内ダイス11も従動的に回転を開始するの
である。このような状態で投入口17aから廃材Aを投
入すると第5図に示すようにこの廃材Aは外ダイス1o
の噛み合い歯12と内ダイス11の噛み合い歯14との
回転に導かれて、その内接点に向かって挾み込まれてゆ
くのである。しかるときは廃材Aはその体積を圧縮され
、また水分等が混入°していたときにはそれが紋り出さ
れて、更に加工孔13乃至15内に押し込まれてゆくの
である。このとき加工された廃材Aは外ダイスlOの加
工孔13によシ処理を受けるとともに内ダイス11の加
工孔15によっても処理を受けるのである。このような
運転をくし返して加工孔13及び15に次々と廃材Aが
つき固められた状態で押し込まれ、最終的には外ダイス
10と内ダイス11との加工孔13.15の出口側から
