However, neither of these methods.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned background art, and further focused on the characteristics of photopolymerizable paint. In other words, the purpose is that the surface of the raised pattern is a fine, smooth, uneven surface that bends the light that passes through it.

In this embodiment, a photopolymerizable paint 3 is applied to the surface of a translucent substrate 1 by a screen printing method using a screen 2, and is applied with an ultraviolet irradiation device 4 while leaving traces of the screen 2 on the applied surface. This method is characterized in that a diagonal pattern portion 5 is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 by irradiating the photopolymerizable paint 3 with ultraviolet rays to polymerize and harden it. The substrate 1 is a transparent synthetic resin plate that is extruded and cut into regular lengths. The screen 2 has a mesh portion 6 in a portion corresponding to the raised pattern portion 5, as shown in FIG. Photopolymerizable paint 3 is Conhair 7
It is applied as a raised pattern portion 5 on the surface of the substrate 1 through the screen 2, and fine irregularities, which are mesoche traces of the mesoche portion 6 of the screen 2, remain on the coated surface. After the photopolymerizable paint 3 is applied, the substrate 1 is moved from the conveyor 7 to the conveyor B, and at this time, leveling progresses on the surface where the photopolymerizable paint 3 is applied, and together with the peripheral edge of the raised pattern portion 5,
The fine unevenness of the mesh marks on the coated surface gradually becomes smoother.

The photopolymerizable paint 3 used in this example was
This is an acrylic urethane modified resin photopolymerizable paint, and the time required for the leveling period β from application to ultraviolet irradiation was within 60 seconds. Therefore, in this embodiment, the surface of the substrate 1 itself is not modified in any way.
By the screen printing method, the raised pattern portion 5 can be formed extremely easily, and the pattern of the raised pattern portion 5 can be changed by simply replacing the screen 2, and the lighting panel 9 obtained in this example is ,
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the surface of the raised pattern portion 5 is a fine and smooth uneven surface, which bends the transmitted light, and together with the gloss of the photopolymerizable paint 3, the surface is rich. It exudes a sense of texture and decoration. Furthermore, the daylighting panel 9 fjP in this embodiment is fitted into a frame 10 and used as a door, as shown in FIG.

It is possible to obtain a lighting panel 9 that is rich in color tone, and also, as shown in FIG. In addition to the acrylic urethane modified resin system, the photopolymerizable paint 3 used in the present invention may be a polyester modified resin system, 2 an acrylic modified resin system, an acrylic epoxy modified resin system, etc. The time required, the amount of coating, etc. may be appropriately determined depending on the paint used, and the substrate 1 used in the present invention may be
In addition to the synthetic resin plate, it may be a glass plate or the like, as long as it has translucency.

が醸し出されるものである。As described above, in the method for manufacturing a daylighting panel of the present invention, the raised pattern can be extremely easily formed by the screen printing method without any modification on the surface of the substrate itself. To change the pattern of the area, it is sufficient to simply replace the screen. In addition, in the lighting panel obtained in the present invention, the surface of the raised pattern area is a fine, smooth, uneven surface, which bends the transmitted light and prevents the formation of photopolymerizable paint. Together with its luster, it creates a rich texture and decorative quality.
