Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform high-density horizontal multiple conveyance, by a method wherein pallets are continuously conveyed such that horizontal return frames are installed in a multiple manner and obliquely opposite to each other, and the pallet is returned horizontally as an endless chain is moved round in a zigzag. CONSTITUTION:A pair of endless chains 6 and 6' on both sides are belted in a zigzag and circumferentially around chain sprockets 3 and 3' in plural sets of multiple return frames 7 having a number of horizontal return frames 7 positioned longitudinally and obliquely opposite to each other and are installed in multistage, and right and left guide rollers 12a, 12b, 12'a, and 12'b are rotatably secured through shafts on both sides and in front and rear positions to a number of pallets 11 installed across the endless chains. 設し、水平リターン枠7’aの内の1個の水平リターン
枠7’c(i7機体8の後部台枠9内へ引き出して架設
し、該各@部水平すターン枠7a、7bの各鎖車3並び
に各鎖車31に1対の無端チェノ10,10’i蛇行状
に調帯すると共に無端チェノ10,10”e後部の各水
平リターン枠71a + 7 ’ b + 7 ’ c
に蛇行状に調帯して周回させ、無端チェノ10,10’
内に多数架設するパレット11の両側前後位置に水平リ
ターン枠の軸片2a、2bと同一ピッチでもってローラ
ガイド歯車4.4′と係合する左ガイドローラ12a、
12bと右ガイドローラ12’a、12’bとを軸支し
、各水平リターン枠の斜削向した鎖車3.31で水平リ
ターンし得る様に左ガイドローラ12bと右ガイドロー
ラ121aの軸を無端チェノ10,10’に一体的に支
架させ、各水平リターン枠の相互の中間位置と下面位置
にかけてパレット11の左右ガイドローラが乗架するガ
イドレール13(5架設すると共に各水平リターン枠内
の鎖車とガイド歯車との左右間隔上面にガイトレール1
3’i架設し、各水平リターン枠の一方外端にガイトロ
ーラを反転誘導するガイド板14゜14 ”i固締する
