Abstract

PURPOSE:To form conveyers in each stage as an integral unit with a single of endless chain, in a multi-stage conveyer, by providing a horizontally maintaining mechanism to an end part of the conveyer. CONSTITUTION:A multi-stage conveyer A comprises an endless chain 1 and many plate-shaped loading parts 2, transferred interlocking to the chain 1, of the three supporting levers 2a, 2b, 2b, embedded to the loading part 2, both ends of the central supporting lever 2a are fitted to the chain 1. If the loading part 2 reaches a conveyer end part in each stage, both ends of one supporting lever 2b are fitted between teeth of sprockets 4, 4. The sprockets 4, 4 are formed to a same diameter in such a manner as to move synchronously with sprockets 5, 5, meshed with the chain 1, and a chain is tensibly provided between the both sprockets 4, 5. In consequence, the loading part 2 is lifted while being maintained to a horizontal condition, and transferred to an upper stage conveyer.

In conventional multi-stage conveyors, each stage has its own conveyor, so only one side is used for conveyance. This configuration was disadvantageous in terms of effective use of space, thermal efficiency, cooling efficiency, etc. Further, since the above-mentioned conveyance method using the multi-stage conveyor sequentially drops the products etc. from the upper stage to the lower stage, the products etc. are often damaged.

One embodiment of the invention will be explained below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a multi-stage conveyor of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows the multi-stage conveyor of FIG. 1 in a closed system. It is an explanatory view showing an activated state. The multi-stage conveyor (,A) of the present invention consists of an endless chain (1) and a large number of flat object carrying parts (2) that are transferred in conjunction with the chain, and is shown in 1□1 in Fig. 6. 3 buried in the above-mentioned storage part (2) as shown.
Of the book support rods (2a) (2b) (2b), both ends of the central support rod (2a) are attached to the endless chain (1).

The six support rods (2a) (2b) (2b) are connected to the rail (3
), the object platform (2) can be moved horizontally while reliably maintaining its horizontal state. When the load carrying part (2) reaches one end of the conveyor of each stage, both ends of one support rod (2b) fit between the teeth of the sprocket (4') as shown in Figure 4. The sprocket +4+ +4+ has the same diameter as the sprocket [51 [5] so as to be in sync with the sprocket [5] (5) with which the endless chain (1) engages, and a chain is stretched between the two. ing. Therefore, the loading section (2) rises while maintaining a horizontal state and moves to the upper conveyor.

An example of the use of the multi-stage conveyor of the present invention will be explained based on FIG. 2. When a product or raw material is placed on the second conveyor from the bottom, it is conveyed in the direction of the arrow, and the product is transported after a set time has elapsed. It reaches the left end of the top row and is carried out. It may be further transported and carried out after passing through a guide plate. Also,
The product or raw material placed on the left end of the top stage may be lowered step by step by a horizontal maintenance mechanism by reverse driving, and after a set time has elapsed, the product that has reached the right end of the second conveyor from the bottom may be carried out. The driving speed of the conveyor is adjusted so that the time required for freezing, drying, heating, etc. the products, etc. matches the time required for the products, etc. to pass through the warehouse.
