Claims (1)
器材料より厚み方向に分極してなる圧電素子に、キャパ
シタンスの温度特性が負の係数を有する高誘電磁器材料
よりなる電歪素子を絶縁層を介して貼着することにより
構成したベンド要素を二組、シムを介して一体に貼着す
ると共に各ベント要素の圧電素子と電歪素子をこれらの
温度変化によるキャパシタンスの変化を互いにキャンセ
ルするよう電気的直列に配線し、かつ二組のベンド要素
に交番電圧が交互に加わるようダイオードを介して交流
電源を接続したことを特徴とする電気機械変換素子。A piezoelectric element made of a ferromagnetic material whose capacitance has a positive temperature characteristic and is polarized in the thickness direction, and an electrostrictive element made of a high dielectric ceramic material whose capacitance has a negative temperature characteristic with an insulating layer interposed therebetween. Two sets of bend elements are attached together via shims, and the piezoelectric element and electrostrictive element of each bent element are electrically connected to each other so as to cancel changes in capacitance due to temperature changes. An electromechanical transducer element characterized by being wired in series and connected to an alternating current power source via a diode so that an alternating voltage is alternately applied to two sets of bend elements.
