シタンスの温度特性が負の係数を有する高誘電磁器材料
よりなる電歪素子を絶縁層を介して貼着することにより
構成したベンド要素を二組、シムを介して一体に貼着す
ると共に各ベント要素の圧電素子と電歪素子をこれらの
温度変化によるキャパシタンスの変化を互いにキャンセ
ルするよう電気的直列に配線し、かつ二組のベンド要素
に交番電圧が交互に加わるようダイオードを介して交流
電源を接続したことを特徴とする電気機械変換素子。
