ナヘッド、５はヒータ、６はノズル、７は空気供給管、
８はバルブ、９は送風機、１０はモータ、１１はニード
ル、１２は定液面器、２２は段部、２３は■溝、２４は
ねじである。なお、図中の同一符号は同一または相当部

Claims (1)
