    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ポンプからの流体圧が両側室に選択的に供給されること
    により所望の方向に動作するピストンを有する流体圧シ
    リンダと、このシリンダのピストン内に組込まれこのピ
    ストンがシリンダの一方室側に位置したときに作動され
    てシリンダ両側室を短絡しピストンを所定範囲内で遊動
    可能状態に保持するスチールバルブとを備えたことを特
    徴とする流体用作動装置。
