第１図は従来のエアロゾルサンプリング装置の概略を示
す図であり、第２図は本考案のエアロゾルサンプリング
−置の一例を示す断面図であり、第２図ａはサンプリン
グ前の状態、第２図すはサンプリング中の状態を示すも
のである。 図中、１はセル、８は案内筒、９はボール弁、１０はシ
ールリング、１４はパージガスライン、１３は取付管、
１１はサンプリングチューブ、５が排気ポンプ、６が流
量計、７が流調弁で５，６゜７でガス吸引機構が形成さ
れている。

  1. セル、セルに取付けた案内筒、案内筒の途中に設けたボ
    ール弁、案内筒の先端に設けたシールリング、ボール弁
    とシールリングとの間で案内筒に連結したパージガスラ
    イン、該案内筒に前記シールリングを通って挿入され摺
    動する取付管、該取付管の案内筒に挿入される側の先端
    に装着されたサンプリングチューブ、上記取付管に設け
    られた吸引機構からなる、エアロゾルサンプリング装置
    。
