    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 固気混相流を流す配管と、同配管内に先端を挿入される
    サンプリング管と、間管の後端に連通される吸引手段と
    からなるサンプリング装置において、上記サンプリング
    管の挿入位置より上流側の配管周方向に連続して配設さ
    れる凹部と、同凹部に配設された縁周部において、配管
    に固定された可撓性を有する膜と、上記配管を貫通した
    孔を介し上記膜の背面に圧力流体を導入させる流体供給
    機構とを具備したことを特徴とする固気混相流サンプリ
    ング装置。
