移動制御作動部材３３を設け、さらに所要のチャック軸
６に掴着解放の回転運動とともに前記テーパー係合環２
２の内面の傾斜面に衝合してチャック爪１３の回転角度
を任意に規制する衝合片３４を固定したことを特徴とす
